You can accept and hold admissions for now until AMCAS asks you to narrow them down in April

It means you accept the offer, but you don’t have to commit or pay the fee until April 30. I think it is $200. Congratulations!!

The deposit is $100 but it's not due until April 30. Until then, it looks from the information they provided like you just "accept" the offer within 2 weeks and then follow the AAMC protocol for committing to enroll.
