Between the protector and convert theories:
If genny is a protector, this would obviously move her to the stronger village side for me, but I havent seen any protection/attack claims all game, including last night (although mutts hasnt checked in yet) - so that makes me think the convert option is more likely. Also the "no kill to threaten conversion" theory pippy put out there sounds like classic brilliant genny to me.
If there was a conversion, pippy is obviously the best target, but Id think wolves would be afraid of her ability claims, so mpm would be the next best choice, and as genny pointed out sets up nicely if she were to vote miz today for cred.
Miz hasnt done much all game to pique my wolf radar, but i do remember that "why havent i been accused yet?" conversation she started several days ago... if she were a wolf, maybe that was probing for opinions on what people thought of that logic and how to then set up a strategy for down the road, although i didnt really see it that way at the time. But after her complete "loss of composure" on thread yesterday she definitely became a possibility for me, still behind mutts but much closer to genny in terms of wolf to village read list. In limited PM so far she is acting pretty similar, kind of frantic but hell, im feeling the adrenaline too, i forgot how stressful this end game crap is. But could also be a sign of legit freakout if she is a wolf and the end is near lol.
A scenario has been coming together for me if genny were to be a wolf. After the D1 mutts rando claim about a cubs rojo, which i still contend could be her own wolfiness to set me up, genny voted for me a few days in a row, followed by sov doing the same (although not together). Then yesterday the genny/sov interactions yesterday seemed like they could be w/w before he went down. Im thinking maybe once the mutts thing didnt stick and their votes on me gained no traction, it was already D4-5 and people had started putting me in village camp, they cut bait and decided to keep me around as long as possible as a potential easier end game mislynch. Also, once pippy outed my ability on thread, it was clear I wasnt really a threat from a PR standpoint. Also, in my genny PM she threw out this idea that my "song and movie of the day" posts were somehow nefarious and asked if I was getting some kind of wolfy bonus for them, so of course i defended against that, but that may have been her actually fishing for info without me even realizing it at the time, since my actions were the ones "in question."
I have pippy as my most solid villager.
So to summarize, I think village needs to vote together today, and I would go mutts, miz, or genny depending on corroborating thoughts and other evidence. I think it is definitely possible that pippy could have been converted, but way more likely it was mpm, if it even happened at all.
Have bowling tonight so would like to get a voting consensus in earlier than later so I dont miss something critical towards close.
