Anesthesiologist Assistant Jobs and Salary in South Florida

Hi all,
I was looking to ask someone about the South Florida job environment for Anesthesiologist Assistants (AA):

1. for example what hospitals (or others) are hiring or have hired AA in the past in South Florida?
2. Are there any in Miami-Dade (I believe I saw some in Broward but nothing in Miami)?
3. Also what is the approximate hourly rate thats being offered? How many hours (typical 40hrs/week or more)? Any openings at any place they work at?
4. How are fellow AAs feeling about their jobs? How are the Anesthesiologists (Attending)?
5. Any problems besides traffic and heat?
