Oh, yes... the interviews are generally very laid back. There will be an interviewer, on occaision, that will ask a difficult question and/or be overly critical of your answers- but I wouldn't say that it's the norm. Personally, all of my questions were very personal in nature- where was I from, what were my experiences, what I enjoyed about living in different places (My parents were in the navy, so I've had the opportunity to live almost everywhere), etc. Nothing ethical in nature, though a few of my fellow classmates were posed a few questions like that during their interview.
I wouldn't stress too much- if you're prepared, you'll just be able to enjoy the experience, I think. Best of luck to all of you!
