Hi, is there anybody else applying to LSU for Fall 2007. Anybody know about their interviews? I'm so nervous and I probably won't hear anything for a few more months!!!!

Hey!

I'm also applying to LSU for Fall 2007 and know a few people in the class of 2010. When I went with them to the Open House/Interviews, they all said that the LSU interviews were very laid back and didn't ask anything ethically tricky, etc. I remember they all said they got the "so tell us about yourself" and one of them even got sidetracked on sports talk, but nothing too bad. Oh, yes... the interviews are generally very laid back. There will be an interviewer, on occaision, that will ask a difficult question and/or be overly critical of your answers- but I wouldn't say that it's the norm. Personally, all of my questions were very personal in nature- where was I from, what were my experiences, what I enjoyed about living in different places (My parents were in the navy, so I've had the opportunity to live almost everywhere), etc. Nothing ethical in nature, though a few of my fellow classmates were posed a few questions like that during their interview.

I wouldn't stress too much- if you're prepared, you'll just be able to enjoy the experience, I think. Best of luck to all of you!
