Do programs generally wait until the Dean's Letter is released to offer invites. Is it in our best interest to submit the application as soon as possible. My dillema is that I could submit a complete app now with two strong Rad Onc Letters and one IM. I am about to do an away, where I can potentially get more Rad Onc letters. Should I submit now or wait until I get more Rad Onc letter?

Thank you for your help, as I am sure there are others in my situation.

And in a related question should you wait until all of your LORs are in the ERAS post-office before you submit or is it fine to let them roll in after you submit? - Assuming of course that you designate the LORs to the program before submitting?
