I'm not personally a fan of assuming people are wolves and/or outted
but at the same time, not much I can do for the slot if they continue to post like this

No I don't wholly disagree with you. I don't think the assumption should be leaned on too heavily at this point while we're evaluating other players. But I do think she's behaving more like an outted wolf than a villager, at least.
 
Question: if we have a true WW group of wolves, why didn’t anyone in village die last night?

I didn't tie you with Zuri despite how you defended him
You were not giving very clear reasoning to April about why you voted PSV and got defensive when questioned. That seemed shady.

She was part of the genny bandwagon for little reason….she has a lot of posts that add little….played dumb about what an alpha wolf was. Nothing damning but together it is compelling.

Ps- couldn’t y’all pick a word to replace lynch that doesn’t autocorrect? I would have suggested launch. Close but different and not offensive. 😜

There's no reason to assume Vis isn't village. Even if she's not though, I have literally seen wolves kill 3p and even a different faction's wolf before. They only know their group and no one else. :singing:

Re: Poppy, I don't think that's a bad direction to go, but I wouldn't put much stock in the playing dumb bit. I wouldn't expect the nooblets (Poppy, chic, mothy, HW, Wonda, Veggie, Miranda, Nemo) to know about alphas, they just had their noob game and there wasn't one in it.

im a very keen on looking at everything and re-evaluating, u just need to help me by continuing to play the game, projecting towiness, finding other town, and finding wolves

By tying I mean you created a tie. You moved to me and there were 5 votes on me, 5 on zuri and 5 on Genny.
But given that Zuri was in the lead, and assuming Genny is a wolf, by moving to me you placed her in danger which is counter-productive for a wolf even if you knew she wouldn’t be yeeted.

I mean, poppy is a new player, she may very well have not known what an alpha was. Even if she's a wolf and is in a pack with genny, we don't have any definitive evidence that genny is an alpha and doesn't just have another type of yeet avoidance. What makes you assume she's playing dumb about an alpha?

Huh? I'm confused as to what you are getting at. I voted based on what I felt in my gut, I didn't intend to make a 3 way tie

Alphas can play a lot of confusing games. It hurts my head in these games.

I’m trying to see if you intended to protect Genny by tying me with Zuri. But it doesn’t make sense cause you also tied us all with Genny so my thought process was incorrect.

It’s a common role in WW. Admittedly a noob may not know. But a noob wolf would be encouraged to say something like that to make them sound Villagery. Of course all the wolves would know about alphas, so anyone asking is innocent is the strategy.

When I am in a wolf group I encourage the pups to use what they have to gain sympathy/villagery feelz.
Playing dumb works sometimes.

Yes, incorrect. I think I understand what you are trying to say, but to clarify it was not my intention to protect Genny by creating a tie as I was never on that wagon to start.

That's a fair assessment. But it's not playing dumb when I'm genuinely ignorant. This is only my 2nd game and there's a lot of slang and acronyms me and the other's don't know. I've played other WW/mafia adjacent games, but the SDN forums WW is that on steroids! (In a fun way. Thank you for your games and stories mods!) That's why I'm also questioning the veggie train since she's a noob as well. I'm hesitant to vote any noobs rn since we're all kind of trying to get our sea legs so to speak. In our last game, we made the mistake of yeeting noobs for being noobs and the wolves ended up winning. I'm trying not to go down that route again...

Question for everyone: how are you reading Wondas? Because looking at her posts, they feel a bit genuine sounding to me… but i’m also getting feelings of trying to be safe and careful. Feeling pretty mixed so far so i have her on neutrals.

I don't really have much to read from her than noob lol. At that point in time, the veggie train made zero sense to me since it just seems like she's hesitant to reveal any info since that got her misyeeted last game. She's also provided good reasons for voting zuri.

I got the same impression as you with the genuine sounding so villagey side of neutral for that reason. Where has she sounded careful to you?
