Are you actually suspicious of the me/sunshine/mel, or just following pippy's POE? How are you feeling about zenge today?

I was not realy suspicious but that was just a direction I was going to start looking. I figured best case scenario I might find something, worst case I just feel like I can clear more villagers.

Honestly not sure about Zenge still. Feel like he falls in my neutrals and is a little more on the sketchy side.

This isn't accurate sunny. I said I wanted to hear from them. I don't see how that is wolfy or unreasonable when those late votes were naked. The wolfy setup comment was about the bob kill, not about the other genny voters specifically, and I clarified that in a later post.

Well, yeah. Of the four biggest wagons yesterday, Genny and Bob are dead. That leaves me and Bread. If I’m right about bread, then that leaves me as the obvious choice for wolves to try and misyeet. Cross referencing people who are wolf reading me with people who I find wolfy, and that’s a good place to start looking for wolves.

I’m sure there’s wolves hiding out in my neutrals somewhere but I’m not just wolf reading people who are wolf reading me. Vis is wolf reading me pretty hard but I’m pretty sure she’s village. Most of my village list is unsure about me at best.

Appeal to Emotion

I hope, that while maybe you haven't learned to employ/recognize/analyze reaction tests, that you do understand them in theory.

One simple example is say maybe Cheezit, who is my general arch nemesis, is actually village. Say he suspects I am a wolf. He could reaction test me by liking my posts and agreeing with my posts or being jokey with me to see what I do. He may have a theory that a Wolfy Crayola is going to enjoy the back and forth between us being more agreeable, and certainly let sleeping dogs lie. He may have a theory that a Village Crayola that truly didn't know his Aff would immediately be suspicious of agreeableness from Cheezit. If he was doing what he did on purpose to test my reaction, it would be a reaction test.

Yesterday all my vote swaps to create ties were a form of reaction test. It's something I'm just learning to play with, I'm not adept at interpretation yet, but if you never try something in WW you can never get better at it.

I and others had mentioned several times that I was going to be away until right around yeet close. I was feeling up until that point that was the most solid thing to act on and at least put my vote down before close because I was not sure what time I would end up arriving at home and if I would have even been up to reading(Was on the road for around 10ish hours)

It's the thing with the incongruent reads on you. I suppose it's possible that they're doing that as packmates but it would feel a little odd. I think it's more likely one of the reads is sincere, I'm just not sure which yet.

Yeah, I was around and involved a lot more on the weekend than yesterday. I think I got to jump on the thread for real just once yesterday after I had a long busy day and I didn't get the opportunity to do anything other than catch up.

Off the top of my head, for mayo - I still can't let go of that weird vote reason switching D1, especially knowing I let that go one time in a previous game and then he flipped wolf. Then the argument about voting the champs vs not felt like he was trying to give an excuse for putting his vote somewhere he thought would be easy. Since then, I feel like I've seen nothing from him aside from the occasional comment.

For Sun - I'd have to go back and pull examples of the interactions that made me feel weird. I don't always have the easiest time reading Sun until she gives off serious frustrated villager vibes and I haven't seen that yet, just a ton of eye rolls.
I remember in a previous game she got in a big argument because she called someone's reads list crap without explanation. I can't remember if she was a wolf that game or not, would appreciate if someone remembers. She did that with my read today, and it's basically saying "you don't agree with me so you're definitely a wolf." It's not the depth of analysis I would like to see. Especially when she didn't say WHY she thinks my reads list is bad. I need to go back and read the rest of her reads list some time because I've so far only read her read of me while skimming during my lunch break.

Went on a quick Z iso. This post and the following turn from hyperfocusing on mayo to broader analysis is what’s stopping me from voting Z. On reread, I really didn’t like the way/reasoning he was pushing mayo. His reply below, to Pippy saying she kind of recalled strongly defending wolf mayo, was really troubling me. Was staring at this post like the emoji was the damn rosetta stone clue to reading all the rest of his posts.

But I don’t see wolf Z pushing someone this hard then agreeing to drop it and reconsider his read for the moment. It risks looking hedgey, it’s way easier to just keep pushing the same argument and avoid both sus for “well why did you suddenly about-face” and having to come up with new reads, and I don’t remember wolf Z giving up on a misyeet he was pushing.

His reads list felt well-reasoned and showed he’s been paying attention. It looked like some independent reasoning instead of just sheeping thread consensus or being fed reads by wolfchat (e.g. some points on genny that I don’t think anyone else brought up).

Frankly, Zenge always sounds well-reasoned, as village or as wolf. Just sometimes the reason is static if you squint. So I’m not sure this really pushes him village.

I don’t really get it. Why would a wolf who was genuinely confused about somethong they want to know for choosing a NK ask it in thread instead of in wolfchat?

I think I saw that you’re in human med, right? Well it’s like this... if you’re on rounds and you don’t know something and the attending is using Socratic method, and then you reach a point that he just keeps asking the same question 40 times and holds up rounds for an hour to keep berating you without contributing to the knowledge or even moving on... that’s what you were doing.

I can’t say I’ve seen anything from Sunny this game that’s outside the bounds of what I would expect from Village!Sunny. I like some of her reads, and she’s calling people out for things I agree with in a way that feels like genuine wolf hunting.

So just based on my village read of Sunny, I’m inclined to say she’s not in a pack with Bread and ???.

Don’t love this, but also can see a behind-villager doing it. I just think it’s ultimately better to park your vote based on the information you have so far, so switching to a supposedly random vote seems. Not great.

Mayo stated this perfectly. Whenever I see Zenge making large leaps of logic and exaggerating, I get pinged by his wolfiness. I have seen those stretching the truth a couple of times so far this game.

Agreeing with Bread’s logic here. Still reading Z as more wolfy than Mayo, but some of his posts today seemed pro-village. And yes, it’s possible that they’re both villagers, but that interaction seemed more conducive to w/v. Way too much attention was drawn to it for me to think it was w/w though.

I know MKG was the other person (besides myself) who didn’t meet post minimum, so I will be keeping an eye on her posts today to see what she’s thinking

I can’t say I’ve seen anything from Sunny this game that’s outside the bounds of what I would expect from Village!Sunny. I like some of her reads, and she’s calling people out for things I agree with in a way that feels like genuine wolf hunting.

So just based on my village read of Sunny, I’m inclined to say she’s not in a pack with Bread and ???.

What? Now you’re being twisty. And perhaps being a hypocrite since I voted you and now you’re trying to throw shade on me. Of the 5 times I’ve voted:

1. wildzoo early based day She hadn’t even mentioned me then.

2. Mel mid day and he hadn’t commented on me at all.

3. Genny late day 1 and she wasn’t saying anything about me.

4. YOU mid day 2 and you hadn’t said a word about me until AFTER I voted you. (so the reverse of what you’re insinuating)
