Another day, another wolf down! Even the castle portraits were excited by the students' success in finding the killers. Dumbledore celebrated in his office with a large bottle of Firewhisky. Eventually, he got drunk enough to revive @Trilt with the Resurrection Stone, return his spirit to his corpse, and transform Trilt into a pair of wooly socks. Sure, the socks kept trying to squeeze his feet, but he'd heard that those type of compression socks helped promote blood flow. Besides, there was something about stomping on Trilt with every step he took that appealed to him. Now, if he could only figure out how to fully resurrect someone while sober...
Some students decided to "celebrate" this occasion (and Dumbledore's lack of supervision) by bullying. A few cutting remarks and well-placed words... Surely their victims could see that Hogwarts would be better off without them? They told their victims that, really, it'd be better for them to leave... permanently. No one would want to be around freaks like them. Fortunately, the victims were found and talked off the top of the Astronomy tower by their friends before they did something drastic.
Last, some of the students decided to run a quick game of Quidditch to celebrate. Unfortunately, someone had swapped @DVMDream out for one of the bludgers during the excitement of today's lynch. The Beater couldn't hear her tiny squeaks as she was tossed in the air and hit, hard, with the bat.
Said Beater quickly realized his mistake when DVMD came plummeting down instead of arching towards one of the opposing players. The Seeker dove down and managed to catch DVMD before she hit the ground. Both sides canceled the match and thought quickly over how best to help DVMD. She needed treatment, and soon - between concussions and broken bones, she didn't have long to live.
The Quidditch players quickly flew off to Hagrid's hut so he could treat DVMD. They knew that Hagrid preferred creatures at least as dangerous as a Bowtrucke, but surely he could treat an injured Puffskein! The door to Hagrid's hut was stuck shut, and hurried knocking only provoked Fang's howls. Thinking quickly, one of the students Shrunk the door, only for Fang to come barreling out. Inside, Hagrid lay sprawled on the floor, stabbed by his giant umbrella. Without Hagrid's help, DVMD also died.
Dead is @DVMDream, a puffskein who had to post cute pictures.
