In the summer:
I shadowed doctors in Spain for 5 weeks.

I'm a resident in California and I'm looking for schools outside of california. Places like Duke, North Carolina, UW, Michigan, schools in Boston, etc.

Your MCAT is the equivalent of 31+.
That is more in line with Tufts, Einstein, Creighton, Toledo or Tulane. Have you looked at the MSAR?
You are not WWAMI, so U 0f W is out.

International "shadowing" does not serve the purpose for which shadowing is recommended.
