How to sign up for the DAT exam?

I was looking online and it wont let me see what dates are available without paying. I wanted to see when the tests were available before I paid, is anyone aware of a website that allows for this?

Dental Admission Test (DAT) Checklist

Go to "Locate a Test Center" and once you get to the page that asks you to select a test center, click "Availability" and a calendar will popup with all the dates.
