P-thean is cracking me up. He is taking on the character likening back to my completely dorkified Greek Mythology King speech. Could be a ploy to keep him around, but I would probably put him closer to a possible chaos rather that straight up wolf.

I honestly wish more people did that. It's way more fun to me. I tried it once but it was a lounge game and people did not appreciate it. Did not help that my character was just the biggest of dinguses.

I approve of role-playing around the scenario, but not necessarily around one's character. Why give wolves extra information about who is who?

Oh, I just post in whatever mood strikes. I would make a horrible President of the United States. I let my inner crazy out whenever there is a knock at the door.

That's fair. I suppose it's a bit different if it's a character already in the public domain and there's a lot of info to be given away versus an original character.

Hmmm. Yes, well, I recall a certain incident in where a certain person posted like a well known character, but they weren't that character at all and instead was a wolfy wolf who got to live because of that play...

I've somehow ended up with a role like this twice and for someone like me who is so far from creative, it proved quite challenging. I think you'd be awesome at it though.
 
Also, it makes me sad, but a Rogert lynch is looking like the probable way to go for now without info. He was Jil's mate, he came outta the gate swinging, and there is no way to verify that Jil didn't come to him with her role in a toss of the dice for partnership. I will wait to see if something better comes up for now as it would hurt my soul to lynch stinky cheese this soon.

Alternative we would end up with a wooden ball that no one could figure what out to do with and at the end of the game we fidn out it shoots lasers if you lick it in the right spot.

For the record, I only post so much because I work a desk job and this is my reprieve between bouts of stapling my hands to pass the time. Also, the bolded is less true than I wish it was.

haha! It's not how much you post, it is that you were numero uno in posting a lynch with no causation behind it. Made my eyebrow go up, especially when immediately after MJ vouched, you went to butters, again with no real reason. I realize day 1 is mostly RNG for people, but it just made me look twice at you.

That's fair. My vote for butters because everytime I see her/his name I get "Build Me Up Buttercup" by The Foundations stuck in my head and I wanted that to stop happening. Even though that song is great.

I can tell people for a fact that characters with sketchy, even VERY sketchy, backgrounds can be villagers in this game. Including my own (yeah, feel free to investigate me - it'll be a fun discussion).

I think we are looking for wolves composed of other elements. Haha, elements, see what I did there?

Last game my name turned into peanutbuttercup. Just think of peanut butter and chocolate instead of The Foundations and your head shall be free of sticky songs.

If the mods are playing with us (like the fake election), then I don't know how much we can trust role titles. Though I don't see how being the Blood Rain could be a villager-friendly role . . .

It definitely doesn't seem to fit though. Like WTF said, she has a character, albeit a character that could be seen as suspect, but this is not a person, it is a thing. This is very implicating based off the info we have gathered so far.
 
Sigh. I'm not Bloodrain, I'm Fog. Which I realize is not a person, but rather an element so you'll all probably still lynch me. Kind of a doubled edged sword, on odd nights I can block and even nights I can protect since fog can be both helpful yet sometimes a hindrance. Last night I blocked Promethean due to the sketchiness of the auto election. But if you want to lynch me to learn info about "elements" in the game then I honestly understand.

Just that we know there are unexpected components to roles, and what seems straightforward (like an election) really isn't. So I was cautious about making assumptions based on names that seem obviously bad.

It's kind of a stretch to go from a mock election to inaccurate role titles (unless it's a STL game I guess).

I was considering Blood Rain as a sketchy background. But yeah, I see how my reasoning could be a bit of a stretch.
