INTJ. There are some discussions about the validity or lack there of pertaining to this test. If anything, it's fun.
I'm highly introverted, but that has little bearing on how I deal with patient's at the clinic where I work. The thing is, I don't have to be emotional. I don't have to open myself up to people and expose my insides those around me. I don't like crowds. I get tired of dealing with people for long periods of time and I'm
very private, but that doesn't stop me from being and engaged and caring provider for our patients. I'm very assertive and I put myself in the position to make the bi decisions. These are parts of my personality which help me be an effective co-worker and leader. Some think that introverts are shy and, while that is the case for some introverts, and extraverts, that is generally not true of the former group.
If you do some reading, you can look into the benefits of both types within an organization.
In reading the descriptions about the INTJs, they seems to fit me
very closely, even from an objective standpoint. The interactions between the I's and E's are interesting. Many I's want to strangle E's while the latter wants to hang out with everyone and talk....incessantly....like a swarm of idiotic, self indulgent bees.....

. You see how that might work. Observe these things in school and other social arenas, if you haven't already. It's great fun to see the interactions.
