If I remember correctly, the first review is just to eliminate people with really low numbers (<3.0 gpa; don't know for gre), then committee review is where they decide if you get an interview or not by looking at your numbers, experience hours, and personal statement. Your odds at that point are about 50/50 to 1/3 depending on the applicant pool. They gave us exact numbers last year and they were something like ~1000-1500 make it to committee review and ~400 get interviews. Then ~150 get accepted and ~150 get waitlisted, with the remainder getting rejected post-interview. Try not to worry about predicting the future, because I know people with higher stats than me that were rejected. You really never know what they're looking for. Good luck!
