Thought I'd chime in here...I actually was verified yesterday and have sent my secondary to LMU today, so hopefully I will be blessed with an interview.
We had 2 cadavers in my undergrad anatomy class that we used. There were 16 people in the class, or 8 to a cadaver. I never in any way felt cramped or "left out" when dissecting, so if LMU has 6 people to a cadaver, I wouldn't worry about it.
I also agree with HippieChick - cutting into a cadaver is far different from that of a real person. However, dissecting may help you to get accustomed to using/holding scalpels and using a bone saw or other instruments.
