MCAT score increases after prep-programs

Hi guys,

How much did yalls score increase after taking a prep program such as princeton review or kaplan? Did you find the prep-program to be helpful or not really?

I don't pretend to be a typical case but I improved from a 28 to 36 (~504 to 518) before and after prep with an in-person course. I found it to be very helpful to provide a concrete framework.
