I haven’t heard anything either. I think they do waves of invites but I’m not too sure

It’s most likely going to be a blocked schedule, looking a whole systems at a time! With some case based learning. They are also building a skills lab which I’m super pumped for!

Late to the party (again). Just been super busy the last few weeks with working overtime and trying to get as much manual labor done on our farm before it freezes! I interviewed IS on December 1st, I was one of the few people in a dress, in a black and white pleated one, for those that were there! Anyone else anxiously waiting for the 18th? My coworkers are going to be holding my phone hostage that day, I unfortunately work 8am-8pm that day. 😱

I agree I felt that it was not going to be the 18th, I felt they would take more than just the weekend after the last interview to get everything lined up and they are going to have the kids on the 18th do the survey first before they release decisions... but Im 120% more nervous and stressed now than I was before or during my interview

At this point I can't change anything so I honestly feel released from anxiety. I did my best, and hope I make it 🙂 much love to all!

Lol, I guess I also need to focus on passing ochem 2 right now, cuz if that doesn't happen then neither does vet school lol. Helps to have something else to focus my nervous energy on

I feel exactly the same. I’m more calm now that my interview is done and over with. I put my best self out there - the rest is out of my control.
 
On the Class of 2021 Statistics infographic I'm a little confused about what 'applicants selected' means. Is that the number of applicants that were accepted after interviews?

I could be wrong, but I believe it's the number of applicants who were offered admission including those who declined. Whereas students admitted is obviously those who were offered admission and accepted. But I am only guessing, so if you want an answer you can trust then talk to admissions.

So the 94, i believe, includes the original Number of acceptances the offered (probably around 70-78) and the number the offered off the waitlist after they had some of the originals say no. I think last year the pulled about 14-16 off the waitlist last year if I remember what Donna told us.

A few of our classes had pajama day for our first day of finals today, if anyone who interviewed today was wondering. We're (usually) not always just sprawled out across the school in PJs 🙂

So this should have been about Jan 21st-ish two years ago. I ended up going to a mid february interview. I'll see if I can dig in my email trash on my next study break to see what other dates there are in the future.

Don't give up hope just yet folks!
 
Does anybody know if they will release decisions for IS applicants tomorrow? The anticipation is killing me!
 
Did you interview on the 1st? I don't know if they changed their timeline for some reason, but I remember them telling the group on the 11th that it might be the 18th... Guess we'll find out this week either way! :luck:

I was student paneling on the 11th and I seem to recall them saying it to the room that it might be the 18th... but probably better not to get your hopes and stress levels too high unless you're sure about that.

Yes, I interviewed first day. This was said by Donna grooms in the debrief after interviews but before tour. Not sure if things changed, maybe it seemed like they could decide sooner.
