volunteer hours encompassed an 8 year span; all throughout high school and college (which is what is required for reporting). Bear in mind these hours ALSO included extracurricular (but NOT work experience, which is mutually exclusive. Here is an example:

Additionally, volunteered at Lent Fish Fry for Knights of Columbus, serving and preparing Friday evening dinners throughout the meat-abstaining Lenten season.
