Need Help with School List -- Questionable CARS

hi all, i really need help with finalizing my school list. I have a solid application except for my CARS score which really hurt my MCAT. I want to go to a really good school (obviously) but i don't want to waste this application cycle being too ambitious about my schools. Please give me your thoughts

GPA: 3.87
sGPA: 3.87
MCAT: 513 (129.124.130.130)
U.GRAD: WSJ top 40 school
Research: 1 year psychology/neuro research, 3 months neurosurgery, no pubs
Shadowing: 130 hours between three specialties
Volunteering: 50 hours ER
Leadership: President of a $50k philanthropy
Community Service: Tutor underprivilaged communities k-8 1.5 years

I'm no expert on school lists, but from what I've heard, I'd avoid applying to Drexel and tufts (low yield I believe?).

is UTSW and baylor a realistic option. definitely my number one school right now and would love the cost of tuition.

EDIT: My apologies; I didn't see your OP, and was thinking of someone else. Baylor is a no-go, UTSW and UT-H are questionable.
