Mulder blocked out the sound of the man's monologue as he looked around for a way to save himself. Was there really no one here to help him out? He supposed it was to be expected - there were others that needed protecting too. It might not have made a difference anyway. He looked back towards his enemy and was not surprised to find that the weird little dude was still talking.

"Look, if you're gonna kill me, just get it over with. I'd rather have the silence of death than continue to listen to the sound of your voice."

That seemed to do the trick.

Now that I've given a lesson on "Seers 101", I'll explain why I'm so concerned about the Dina/Shelter/em situation which that there are too many seers/vouches being made. Warning, long post incoming.

We have one confirmed seer in Dandelion. Given that she was able to say that she knew Grebes was a wolf with "more than 100% certainty", I would be shocked if she were anything other than the affiliation seer. I also believe this because she later said not to lynch coffee, meaning this was not due to an item but her ability. So there's our first seer/set of vouches. Edit: Per N3 write-up Dandy was affiliation seer.

Next we have Shelter who has come out and said she can hard vouch for EM. This was problematic to me for several reasons. The first being that the role that would allow for a hard vouch was already in play. There are a few things which could explain this so I backed off for a bit. Then Dina came on and said she had "new information" and was sure that Mutts was a wolf. Which turned out to be correct, but at the time made me question how she could vouch that Mutts was a wolf. The only way she could do that would be through the methods I mentioned earlier in the game in regards to Grebes (seering, item, wolf slip). So now we have a confirmed seer (Dandy), and 2 people claiming they have confirmed the affiliation of other players. That would be a lot of seers for one game, so now we've got to rule some other possibilities out.

This is when I started asking questions. I asked Dirk if he gave items to Shelter or Dina and he said no. So the odds of an item allowing for this drops significantly. Then I asked Shelter the series of questions in regards to his vouch for EM in regards to how she actually knows she is village and she said she knows her ability. There are a few ways she could know this. However, one of those ways is mutually exclusive given the claim that Dina made. Given one of her responses there is one other possibility, but given the way she has answered questions I don't think that is what is going on unless she is using very improper terminology. Additionally, given the following response, I do not believe this possibility is true:

I don't want to say she is 100% a villager because I was never explicitly told that. but I do know her ability, and like Stagg and (I think) Coffee had said, there are abilities that generally indicate village affiliation.

The way this is worded makes me believe that the non-seer way of her knowing she is village is not the case. Which brings me back to my conundrum, we have too many people able to vouch for each other without enough methods (which make sense based on what has been said) to do so.

The reason I voted for Dina and not Shelter is because of the timing of what happened. Shelter has been saying for at least a full day (I believe more) that she had cleared EM (even if she mistakenly used the term "hard clear" without mod confirmation). Meanwhile, Dina placed a lynch vote for MSU this morning and later the same day comes on and says "I just got new information, we need to lynch Mutts." Unless there is some game mechanic I've never heard of (which is possible), she should not have been able to suddenly gain new information mid-cycle that confirmed a wolf. Which is why I placed my lynch there. I still think something is off with this group of players, but I'm still trying to figure out exactly where that something is.

A few other brief points:

There is someone else who has said things which don't line up with actual timelines. I need to go back tomorrow and confirm this, but once I iso them I think I can find some posts that indicate they are not village. I will address this tomorrow or on Christmas afternoon at the latest (my family is celebrating Christmas tomorrow and then flying out of town Christmas morning).

I don't have hard evidence and I need to go back and look, but I think there is a chaos role in this game. There are too many odd aspects of this game in terms of mechanics that don't add up for me, and I think I'm typically pretty good at figuring out game mechanics.

Finally, since a wolf conversion role is now on the table, all previous vouches/clears are now irrelevant. Hard clears do NOT matter unless we can identify the exact conversion day and a hard clear took place after the identified conversion. I learned this lesson the hard way in WWColorado when Mel got hard-cleared on D1 or D2 and ended up winning the game for the wolves.

I think Mutts flipping wolf certainly helps her case, but the whole "I suddenly have new information!!!" thing still doesn't sit well with me. I think there's a possibility that she could have just missed something that she saw later, but I also think there's a possibility that she saw Mutts was leading the lynch and decided it would be a good time to get village cred by bussing a wolf who was likely going down. I also think there's a possibility that she's chaos. I don't have any hard evidence for either of those claims, but for now she's in my ? pile.

Coffee should be obvious by now. I said not to lynch Coffee because Dandy had casually said we shouldn't do it. It was already obvious to me after the Grebes lynch that she was our affiliation seer, and I was trying to minimize the attention she was drawing to herself. She had been right and basically outed herself as affiliation seer, so I trusted her statement on Coffee.

For Dirk it was a little different. Dirk had claimed tinkerer and supposedly given an item to pickles which could help her randomly identify a wolf. She then claimed Beagles was a wolf and everyone jumped on that train. If Beagles had flipped wolf, we would have a possible village bloc starting. If she flipped village, it would mean that either Pickles or Dirk was a wolf. As it would mean either Dirk lied about the item given or Pickles lied the results of using the item (or using it at all). I questioned Pickles and Dirk and Dirks responses made sense while Pickles did not. Pickles said she couldn't change her vote while infected while Ziggy could. She said she thought the item caused it and Ziggy didn't think it was related to an item. Pickles was also trying to push a coffee lynch and then Dandy said we shouldn't lynch coffee. Grebes also tried to push a Dirk lynch early, which would be bold for a noob wolf to do on D1. So Pickles was just a much more obvious lynch choice than Dirk. Especially if Dirk really was/is the tinkerer, which can be a very valuable role.

Ok So, yes it took me this long to read through and take notes, and since I don't want the village wasting votes on me, I want to share my thoughts (word vomit as my mentor put it):
My most current issue right now is that Staggs just said that all vouches are null due to the convert possibility/issue, but was just discussing that there are players currently that they are still comfortable with based on prev seerings/judgements. If converts are a thing then almost everyone needs to be re-evaluated or at least not 100% trusted.

After reading through (the ENTIRE forum) here are my other concerns:
Shelter used to be very helpful and have a lot of evidence baking their opinions, but the last day or so has seemed to only have vague responses vouching for Em. And these responses don't seem to answer the question being asked which is HOW did Shelter find out. (Please point this out if Shelter did mention it, but I was unable to find it)

I have also been concerned with Coffee, I understand there is "old vouches" at play (again may not hold up anymore), but How Coffee related to Mutts openly but in the same post that she says they think similarly brings up how Mutts defended Grebes AFTER Dandy pinned Grebes as wolf, how Mutts got after Shelter for tunneling Matt while they were doing the same, and calling out MSU (me) for weak posts and not Pickle. <- I don't understand why you would say you think this person is village and that you think like them and post all that incriminating info at the same time.
I also was weird-ed out when Coffee replied to Mutt, after they stated that someone looked into them but no-one was vouching for Mutt, that Mutt was Vanilla and was only interested in their ability. (Coffee can you explain?)
Coffee also didn't see how Mutt had been fishing hard very similar to early Grebes (Which granted I didn't see cause I was trying to read all the early posts after catching up on real life ****e - so I understand why I came off as an idiot yesterday...and most days)
So I have a hard lean that Coffee is Chaos. (As far I as understand what that role could be like)
At least until the Convert issues; I felt very safe trusting Zigg, Dina, Matt, Shelter (see above), Dr. and Stagg, "i-don't-knows" Barkley, Em, and Killer. Dolphin I think has been under the radar a little too much for me to figure - granted look whose talking (Also sorry Matt that vote last night was while I was reading on D2, the rest of the days really turned that around for you lol)
So as of right now I'm hoping we don't have more than one convert (if that!) so that we can still trust the majority that we have.

There is probably more I could throw out there so that I can seem like a better team player, but It's 3am and I'm going to bed.

Please ask me any questions, I don't want there to be any extra confusion.

They were before to me. Shelter was in the top people I trusted for having such sound logic for the first few days. And I have not seen any actual reason to speculate Em, but it just feels repetative and gives me a weird vibe. Nothing that makes me go oh obviously not good, but not wary.
I'd like to trust Shelter, if you guys understand what she means by having something in common and that settles it for you, then I'm on board to trust it.

I have not been overly active on this thread, but I have been paying attention watching and reading. That said in hopes of satisfying some feels out there:
Shelter and I have been in a PM together because N1 I had the opportunity to discover who I had a shared connection with. I was correct off the bat and we have been watching and waiting since D2 to reveal our usable “action.” (Hope I’m using all the right terminology because I’m a noob and don’t want to further confuse anyone). We have also been waiting because our actions can have consequences for ourselves. Hopefully it will soon be revealed how we are trying to help the village.

This is what I’ve taken note of:
Wolves:
Pickles - possible alpha wolf (from what I’ve read about other thoughts on her and my understanding how she was not lynched)
Mutts- confirmed in death
Grebes- confirmed in death

Not wolves/villagers/third party...
Shelter- we have a shared interest
M###- others have been vouching not to lynch him (Zigg and Stagg), he seems to have a tinker role as previously stated by others.
Zigg- actively hunting wolves
Dr. S - actively hunting wolves
Stagg- actively hunting wolves, giving awesome analysis on all the players (thanks!!)

Not so sure about:
MSU -Zigg was going back and forth between her and Mutts when infected (I believe?) and mutts turned out to be a wolf. Makes me somewhat suspicious of her.
Coffee- there were vouches for her, but it seemed fishy that she seemed to have the same thoughts as Mutts (a now confirmed wolf).
Still not enough for me to even explain why I feel one way or the other:
Killer, Dolphin, Barkley, Dina

Also this is all before we learned there was a convert and one or some may have converted.

Another note:
I was given an AI to get some sort of answers from N2 and asked how many wolves are in play. I was given a snarky response that there are “somewhere between 2-5, I imagine.”
This answer differs from what Mutts has claimed in her AI response that there were 3 wolves to be exact and a chaos possibility out there.

I don’t think they’d give them too much of an advantage. If there were 5 to start, there are only 3 left and we know who one of them is. I think if they got any converts, I wouldn’t expect more than 2-3.

My suspicions lean towards getting rid of Coffee, for having strange posts, not seeing how Mutt was fishing, defending Grebes, and for probing for the vigilante. Could have hidden real ability/affiliation early on it could be convert.

Other thoughts:

Killer seemed easily not wolf early on, but need to hear more from them recently. Though did lynch Mutt and Pickles. But since Pickles didn't die (wolves would have known that Pickles would be safe), Mutt vote has (very) low poss of being a pursuasion vote.

Dolphin has been upfront in having solid Wolf votes recently though was more sus early game.

Barkley was really only sus on D1, since then seems to be on board with everything.

I'm inclined to believe Shelter and Em since Shelter was a strong Hunter early on and Em has little to no reason to sus.

Dr. Has seemed pretty cautious an village like, there is the possibility that Dr is playing us but that seems very unlikely to me.

Stagg has been very consistent and on top of Wolf votes.

Matt has been able to back up his experiences against wolf lies, and he seems like a real team player.

Zigg has been on top of everything. Serms very trust worthy.

So that's my vote today if we are going for another wolf. But I strongly believe that if somehow she is not wolf then there is no way she's not chaos.

From what I read, our seer had to have seen her D1, and with the possibility of lying/hiding affiliation from a seer (think that's a thing, correct me if seers are not trickable) then coffee could have been wolf from the start (the mentioned were kittens earlier on that will show as village though really wolf). Even if what the seer saw was correct, from the convert issue and how coffee has acted the past few days has been very off to me.

Obviously with the converts issue anyone could be a wolf once the night results are up. I agree that there’s suspicious behavior there. I’m not convinced that makes her a wolf.

so basically m935 is saying that he possessed a seering ability (item?) that he couldn't use himself so he gave it to pickles. he said that then and then figured he was "revealing too much" and edited it out. if anyone is not alarmed by this i'm not sure what you're doing

Also @Stagg737 are you saying you’re weirded out by events bc you think there are too many seer type things out there? Bc I definitely could see items explaining some of it. Not saying that it your wall of information isn’t helpful. I’m just asking.
