Do the Texas programs have much higher preference for in-state applicants?

There's a preference but it's not an absolute, you can match from out of state.

probably dumb question but if PASS says "complete" (instead of "received") for a certain school, does that mean that school has received all required documents (including supplementary) so there is no need to followup with the school?

No! Mine all said complete really quickly after submission and I hadn’t sent all my supplemental things.

Did you complete this? It is 45$ per school and has to be sent to an email. Which means we have to confirm with each school what email to send it to.

I ended up just sending a screenshot of my scores to the one school I applied to that required it.

I think they are interviewing less than normal this cycle

I think usually it is after the deadline when they have all the applications that they are going to get.

They are not due until Sept. 1st so I would assume there is another round coming.

Is this University of Washington? If so, they sent me an email confirmation about a week and a half after everything was delivered. As long as you know you turned in everything and it was delivered you should be fine.

I received an email from UF saying that they were forwarding my application to the admissions committee and I've emailed maryland awaiting a response. I did not apply to any of the others though.
