Anyone know the tuition cost for rochester?

If you've been educated in the USA or Canada then you receive a GME Stipend. It is a paid program.
There aren't many perio programs that don't charge tuition and pay a stipend, so this is one of the few that do.

As I know, NBDE is mostly required for matriculation not for admission except otherwise noted in school website.

Applications are reviewed whether you have taken the INBDE or not. I take the exam in 2 weeks and I’ve received 2 interview invites so far.

I think it was 1-2 days after submission. I don't think it's a big deal, you can email them and ask if they need additional information but you should be okay as long as you know you submitted everything.
