If you've been educated in the USA or Canada then you receive a GME Stipend. It is a paid program.
There aren't many perio programs that don't charge tuition and pay a stipend, so this is one of the few that do.

Does anyone know if schools review your application before you take the INBDE? Or do most programs start reviewing your application after your INBDE score is in?

As I know, NBDE is mostly required for matriculation not for admission except otherwise noted in school website.
Applications are reviewed whether you have taken the INBDE or not. I take the exam in 2 weeks and I’ve received 2 interview invites so far.

Temple released interviews today. 2 dates in the first week of September. I don’t know the exact dates.

How long after submitting your apps did you get the confirmation? Did it come with a link for secondary fees? I submitted 20 days ago and still nothing..

I think it was 1-2 days after submission. I don't think it's a big deal, you can email them and ask if they need additional information but you should be okay as long as you know you submitted everything.
I would love to know too because I submitted it right after the application opened.
