What do they mean when they say all required evaluations must be completed? No letters don't have to be in to be verified.

If the class is called genetics then the subject is genetics.this is gonna sound reeeeeeely stupid
regarding entering grades:
if i took an undergraduate course named "Genetics" in my transcript, do i select "genetics" or "biology" under subject list?
Are all those very specific course in subject list for graduate schools?
Would my undergrad courses "Molecular Basis/Human Disease" and "AIDS Science and Society" be under the subject "Disease" or should I go with Biology to be safe
What was the class code?Hey guys!
Quick question - I have a course called "Undergrad Research" in my transcript. What subject should I put it under? I can't seem to find a subject regarding Research on the list.... any ideas?
And if it matters, the research was in the Urology department at the hospital.
Just select the minimum. They are going to look at your whole transcript no matter what you select. this prerequisite selection is to to make sure that you have the qualifications to apply to the school. I'm sure in years past they have had students apply who do not have enough credits of English or biology or blah blah. For ATSU-Kirksville, it says
"English composition, English literature, technical writing and classes designated by undergraduate institution as writing intensive"
"
Minimum Credits6| Minimum Grades2"
should i select all my intensive english classes or just 3 of them (i am on quarter system. they should've put instructions for quarter system peeps but I assume 1 year for us is 3 classes)
and just in general:
for the schools that have required and recommended course, should I just select the required ones or all the recommended ones and require ones
Question for those who have submitted. I just submitted and it says:
To be verified "All required evaluations have been completed" Does That mean all of our letters of rec have to submitted before verification can begin? WHY?
What was the class code?
I got a different alert for each one of my 2 transcripts. For anyone who sent in more than 1 transcript: did you receive multiple alerts saying they were received? I sent 3, 2 on the same day and 1 three days later. Only got 1 "received" alert.

Hmm. Well for my research I received BIO495 credit, so I was able to select biology. But honestly, if I were you I would probably still select biology or maybe health sciences. Its really not that big of a deal which you select as long as it's close.UC 280 - Undergrad Research
I do not understand why people are saying "esubmit." Isn't the submission only available on June 1st and onward?
Can someone please elaborate on this?
This year for aacomas you can submit as soon as you're done.
Can changes be made after e-submit?
But we can still submit without sending LORs and Transcripts, right?

(And thus send them later on)
Thanks. Yeah ... I thought so about the transcripts.Yes. Cant be verified without transcripts....can be without LOR. I'm using virtualevals bc of my committee.
This has been getting a lot of people. You're not aloneWow. I wish I knew about this before. Starting the application tomorrow.
Has anyone ever heard of a DO school/AACOMAS rejecting a letter because it's not on an official letterhead? I have a non-science prof letter that was rejected because of this for TMDSAS. Only school I want that requires a non-science prof letter is NSU (my #1 DO school choice lol). I guess I can always amend it later down the road if they require me to, but I can't find any info for AACOMAS on official letterheads.
I guess I'm a stubborn SOB. Probably will leave it as it is and if NSU asks me to re-do it, I will. Why not just ask your letter writter to redo it
Is the rule for listing summer courses the same as the old app? (If taken after freshman year, it counts as a sophomore class). Cant find this info anywhere on the web.
I'm a scribe as well. I wouldn't put it as shadowing because we are getting paid. I thinks its a good idea to mention it in the description.I worked with many DO doctors as well MD while a scribe, should I mention that I had a lot of time working with multiple DO's while in the ED in my scribe description or put it as a separate experience under shadowing ?
Thanks

Awesome, thank you! I got over myself and went ahead and contacted the prof. I noticed on the CIB that ACOM was only school I looked at that used the "official letterhead" nomenclature.I had a LOR last cycle that wasn't on an official letterhead (unbeknownst to me). I applied to over 20 DO schools, and the only ones who blatantly told me they would not accept the letter (thereby alerting me to the fact it wasn't on a letterhead!) were TUNCOM and ACOM. I didn't get an interview at NSU, but apparently my app was considered complete there without issue. TUNCOM and ACOM both notified me of the LOR issue before I was invited to interview.

Won't happen til it's verified.Does anyone know where we can see that our GPA has been calculated? I already submitted my application, but I still don't see my GPA.
That makes sense. Thanks!Won't happen til it's verified.
Yesso i might have a dumb question
when you enter repeated coursework, for the first attempt, do you enter 0 credits and then the grade you got? and then the second time, enter the number of credits and the new grade?
