sweet, match day is finally tomorrow! I'll be painting all day tomorrow. anyone in Houston want to come help? It'll take your mind off things!

A second year from SA called me last night to see if I had received a letter in the mail yet....I'm like WTF!!! WHAT DO YOU KNOW???!!!😱 😱 😱

Ends up nothin.

They should be sending out letters today, so we might get letters tomorrow or Monday.

A match list does get posted at the schools...so it might be up late in the afternoon...she said she'd go check after her test today. She also said that we should start checkin as they tend to go up early on the website.

I'm so excited!!! Believe it playa!

You will all do great, I am sure....I am looking forward to seeing where everyone matches! I don't really remember being this nervous when I matched but you also couldn't check status online and such. Back in the day, we had to just wait for our letters........ 😛

She said over in the student services area where you get your financial aid is where an actual list goes up. Not on the internet because of confidentiality blah, blah.

The registrar posts a list once the match list has gone up of all the students accepted. I imagine since the match list doesn't go up until saturday and the registrar isn't around on the weekends, it won't be up until monday.

Its posted in the registrars office at the school so that the students etc can see who the incoming students are. It is also updated weekly or so as people drop out and waitlisted students get accepted.

Yeah...its not drastically important, however now is the best time to do it because there is more money available in the beginning and less headaches down the line. We could have applied at the beginning of the year, but I was advised to wait till the end of this month so the FAFSA computer bugs would work themselves out on its first victims who already have applied. Apparently its a first come first serve with some of the grant monies.

I think I am going to go psycho and keep babbling my mouth for now. I feel so anxious!! All this wait *sigh*

Seabizzle, there's about 3 different stages with music/bands going on. I think there's bout a 20dollar cover to get near the stage area for these...by primetime midnight it was definitely this playa chillin with 100,000 people from all around tha world....i've never EVER seen that many people in downtown H-tizzle....reminded me somewhat of Mardi gras....there's some bars/clubs with 20dollar cover which is the lowest i saw all last night...but tha ones off da hook (Mbar, Suede, Mercury Room) were all in the multiple hundreds to get in....

back to business my Texas SDNizzles...let tha countdown contizzle...fo shizzle...less than 14 hrs...believe tha playas😎
