Since the title of this thread indicates rejections as well, I will post my first one. As to the format of the rejection, maybe similar to the interview...? I will note that I filled out a supplemental as well.

Has September seemed exceptionally slow to everyone? I thought this would be a good interview invite month for all.

Lots of schools gave out interviews this month ! If you go over this thread and check out the specific school discussion thread you will see !
 
Maybe it is just me, but I feel like August was a lot busier for me than September.
 
I think it also depends on when you submitted your aadsas. I got mine out on 7/19 but my app was not complete until early aug. not much news for me in aug but sept has been kind to me
