Gotcha, although I'd add Pippy as well seeing as she was around and didn't vote.

From that group my top wolf picks are Sport then Paws or Pippy. Sporty has been sketch to me this game (though this had nothing to do with my D1 voting). I'm having a hard time figuring out where to place Pippy. Sometimes I'm reading her pretty village, other times she's coming across sketchy. I was reading Paws as sketchy D1 and was considering voting there but nothing jumped out at me as overtly off, so didn't. Have felt better about her today and she's moved pretty close to neutral for now.

I need to look into MsP more. I feel like she's barely posted, or at least I haven't noticed many posts from her (didn't even realize she was playing yesterday). She's also a noob, so idk what her wolf play looks like.

Barks reads village to me, and I'm noticing a lot of the same things she is.

tbh, I'm not even sure there's an agreed upon consensus for pronouncing my name.
 
Maybe it's just more awkward to say in public. I recalled being referred to as am, A.M. and finally Animal Midwife.
 
Also, I'm afraid to wake up tomorrow to SDN being 100% warped.

Yes I did and I stand by that. At the end of the day, result would have been two villagers, which is sending me down the path that I am on right now. But the fact that pippy didn’t go for the tie makes me feel better about them, as if they were a wolf would have been able to try and knock out two villagers at once and still remain looking fairly decent through it

Okay, been doing some very brief research on the subject and here is what I have gathered:
We obviously know about Verus and Cirxus at this point. And a random bear. Other villagers in the game would appear to be:
Priscus, the other half to a Verus
Tetraites
Spiculus (in theory could go either way due to his "close" relationship with an "evil" emperor)
Hilarus
Raecus Felix
Marcus Attilus
With a bear in the game, Caprophorus
If Caprophorus in the game, likely a lion and leopard also exists +/- a Rhinoceros
Flamma
Spartacus

Likely Wolves:
Commodus
Batiatus
Marcus Licinius Crassus (the least likely to be in the game of the 5)
Nero
Titus
Based off the preliminary research, I am missing 1 role in the game, and likely a handful of the ones I chose aren't going to be in the game, but if someone is a role name seer and comes across any in the likely wolves column, would be helpful to bring them up.

Caligula and Hadrian would also be likely assumed wolves if in the game.

@PippyPony I didn't see that on the thread, I would have lynched them if I had seen that.

And providing lore based reasons for this rationale:

While emperors were "gladiators", they would constantly utilize unfair techniques to win their battles. Collecting romans with disabilities. Fighting those that are injured. Only fighting gladiators that had wooden swords, Ensuring that the animals they fought were tethered and/or injured to the point where they could do no harm to them. Emperor battles were not true spectacles as they would always win. And the crowd did not enjoy watching them fight, and would in fact with some emperors, would even have to pay money just to see them fight (which they didn't want to watch them fight in the first place). I feel like the theme here is honorable gladiators vs. dishonorable, hence why spicules could be maybe a wolf, but any emperor that is a fighter, I would personally want to see lynched.

So many famous warriors have been seen in the ring so far today, but one stands out among them all. Even after being awarded freedom from the life of a gladiator, he turned it down. TWICE! His record stood 34 fights, 21 wins, 9 draws, and only 4 defeats. Nobody wished to face Flamma the great in direct combat! As he paced around the staging area, anxious for the next round, someone approached him under the guise of fellow warrior come to pay his respects and share a bit of bread. A few minutes later, the person vanished into the shadows, and Flamma was found dead in his corner.

Wrangled from the wilds of Africa, a gentle giant often graced the coloseum. Not in bloody sport, but in parades and shows more suitable for children. No celebration was complete without the emperor astride an elephant! Alas, his favorite had gotten to weak and weary to carry him, and he decided to give her a warrior's death in the arena. However one person, filled with uncontrolled hate for animals after being made to fight so many of them over the years, got to her before her round started, and slew her.

What's really interesting is the write up is implying that Caprophorus is a wolf.

If we assume the lynch write ups are historically accurate, it doesn't make sense in retrospect. Flamma wasn't an animal fighter. Caprophorus is the one who fought droves and droves of animals.

I suppose it depends on the order in which kills are processed.

It does sound in the write up like genny was killed by an experienced gladiator (and by a different person than Dina's killer, who sounds like a bit of a sneak), but I don't know if I like the "rage" bit in the context of a village assassin.

A little bit in the write up providing some evidence of emperor's being involved, or non-fighters on the wolf team.

As an aside, based off of what happened tonight, and brief research, I believe caprophorus is a wolf who can attempt a kill of an animal either every night or every other night. If anyone has knowledge on caprophorus is, it is more imperative to get them out of here asap.

It would be quite difficult to make the argument that Nero, Titus, or even Commodus are villagers. Maybe you could argue the other emperors.... maybe, but still would rather lynch them tbh.
