gpa 3.30, science gpa 3.0-3.1 at top research university, mcat is 28Q (9 PS, 9VS, 10BS). i'm doing a MS in International Health this year while i apply--2 classes are with med school students. what are my chances of getting into an md school?? would a SMP have been better? Any help would be appreciated...thanks!!
I am interested in global health and working with medically under-served populations/groups so any tips on which schools have strong focuses in these areas would be greatly appreciated.
Any comments/suggestions for where I am applying would be appreciated, AMCAS already verified, figured it's still not too late to add a few schools. Thanks
so I'm no longer an early applicant since my LORs are still not ready...just curious if my choice of schools are still okay with that change. Comments appreciated!!
My primary app just got verified today, and I also made an MDApps profile to see what everybody thinks. Please take a look at it and leave some feedback!
I'll be happy to offer my limited, but unbiased advice to you. I've worked for adcom members and know a little bit about what goes on behind closed doors.
I'd also appreciate comments.
I am a 26 year old non trad student with a decent GPA, very high BCPM, but *sniff* a subpar MCAT: 29Q I am leaning towards applying to some of my schools since I've already completed secondaries. If I don't get any bites this year I will probably retake my MCAT in January.
Ha! I didn't see this thread Please I would appreciate any comments on my MDApps. I just added some schools today and am looking for a LOT more school suggestions. Thanks!
