My home visit went great today. The volunteer brought her foster Boston over and my dog got along with him really well (she only barked before she met him). I think she's ready to have a Boston sibling!
 
Decided to buy a crossword scratcher today, just for fun. I won $30! Woo Hoo!!! I feel so rich!
 
Done with class, and only five finals stand between me and winter break!
 
Most of my Christmas shopping is done. Yay!

I got my cell phone battery to charge! I don't want to buy a new cellphone before my upgrade (though I know I will have to).

If it's just the battery, see if you can buy a new one (battery) on amazon. They are usually pretty cheap.

Unfortunately it isn't just the battery. It has been acting weird (service acting funny, programs opening randomly, some programs not working, the charging mechanism is worn out, etc). I am going to hold out and not get another phone until it is absolutely necessary.

It's my birthday YEAAAAAA 😀 too bad I have too much stuff to do to actually celebrate..🙄 Friday is my last day of under grad ever, thank goodness it's almost over!!!

My dog was released from quarantine so we can resume our daily walks!! :biglove: And he starts CGC class on Sunday 😀

Now if only I can get past my fear of walking him in desirable hours of the day, not at 4 am when no one else is out 😏

I missed all of the birthdays. Happy belated 🙂.

I had my first of three sessions with a trainer at the gym last night. It feels grew to be exercising again. That is my rave.

Just freaking ROCKED my Repro final. I am PUMPED!!!!!!😀
 
I got off work early today so I went to a little French restaurant and had an awesome lunch.
 
After last night's "eat half her body weight in grapes" incident, my dog wasn't doing too well - lethargic, vomiting, dehydrated, etc. Took her in for bloodwork this morning, terrified that her renal values would be screwed up, and NOTHING! Some electrolyte abnormalities from vomiting and that's it. USG a little on the high side, but she was dehydrated. Time for some happy drugs to stop the vomiting and a bland diet. Dehydration isn't bad enough to warrant hospitalization. We're assuming that she just has lingering effects from the H2O2 and hopefully we should be okay 🙂 I'm so relieved. 😍
 
I got to hold lots of different animals today. We were taught how to properly restrain birds, bearded dragons, snakes, geckos, tortoises, rabbits, guinea pigs, chinchillas, hamsters and rats. It was great to actually be able to touch living animals. 😀

That's right! He's almost mine! (and my husband's and my Chi's 😛) He's just got a few more weeks of downtime after finishing his heartworm treatment yesterday before he can come home! I'm so excited! He's so sweet.
 
I like nice people. Haha just picked up a nylabone someone bought new but then didn't need, so she left it in her mailbox for me to pick up. For free. Christmas present for Ivy. 🙂

And she left a bunch of rolls of poop bags in there too that she had left over with a note saying I could have those too. It's all not that expensive but it's still nice to get to save a little bit of money. 🙂

(Especially with backpay at work where I don't get half of my money until January. ):< )

My sister has a 2.5yr old Boston- she probably the craziest, most hilarious dog ever. My sister wants another one, too 😱 I hope you enjoy your new fellow! 🙂
 
I participated in an international friendship bracelet swap. My two bracelets arrived in the mail yesterday. I got the one I wanted!

This guy's 6 and he's a calm one. I know they can be crazy. I'm so excited to finally have one of my own (my family has had three of them starting when I was in middle school). They are just awesome.
