yay...wireless is working again. Maybe my noxious stimulus to the computer with line was enough to stimulate a response for the wireless to react. Or something like that.

I hate our wireless. It goes out every day around 12 noon and midnight for about 15 minutes for some lameass reason. So dumb.

a simple, "you know I like you, right?" or out of the blue "you make me nervous" can go a long way in this regard.

They are confusing to me too. People have asked me how to understand females, and my response is "when I figure myself and my actions out I will let you know" Usually that is enough of an answer to puzzle them and for them to realize it's an impossible task.
 
tha's the thing, girls like that in moderation. many guys don't realize how nonchalant they come off. She could be playing cool simply because you are. yes...I never know what a guy is thinking...usually he is casual, so I am casual. Because there are guys that are just nice out there that aren't interested in a person, it makes it difficult to distinguish the 2 if they treat you the same.

I know! It killed me when I read it in the Clinical rotations forum! The funny thing is Jeff in your sig could have used the trick in my sig to escape :laugh:

:laugh::meanie: Nope. You are stuck with me. I'm studying clinical lectures, which are easier (sometimes), so I tend to have more ADD.

it has to be done at the right moment, of course. A good time is like after you've had a good laugh together or your eyes meet in a way that makes you wonder.... and then you act cagey and change the subject when she presses you for more details :meanie:

just that one little statement. If she is interested, it will make her heart race a bit and she will start trying to figure out a way to get more info/express her own interest. If she is not interested, she will not feel pressured because you just said one little thing and changed the subject; she can withdraw just a bit to show you this. Either way, the message is clear: I'm interested and the ball's in your court

But, and not in a bad way at all, you have ovaries. I dont. So getting your point of view is a nice change. Plus it gives me a little confidence boost.

See thats my strong point. But I think I just dont know when to slip in the "oh, I'm interested.... what did you say?" points. I keep em guessing too much. Oh well.

hey, you can print it! I'm dead serious - this technique works very well. It's been used on myself and several of my friends - a great way to throw out feelers. Otherwise, if no one pushes the envelope you don't have long before you get the friend label, which is hard to shake

Who studies? Pfft. I like taking these prereq classes, cause after senior level engineering, they are pretty easy. I just laugh at the little freshmen and sophomores freaking out about the tests and stuff. I think my anatomy lab dropped from 28 to like 13 after the first lab/lecture test.

you are probably coming off nonchalant=lukewarm. That is not the same as a little hot and cold (expression of interest coupled with no call in 2 days, etc)

Call the next day... or better, send a message a little after and say you had a wonderful time... it gives me a little catch in the bottom of my heart when a guy does that... well when this ONE guy does that
