My understanding is that it is ranked. I called them about it and they told me that they don't disclose where on the waitlist you are or what kind of chance you might have to get of the waitlist.

Congrats, Kayw028! I had to make a similarly difficult decision between philly and pitt (I read your other thread), but I am excited to try a different city for a while. Good luck on your decision!

Just wanted to let you all know that the waitlist is definitely moving.

I got a call on Tuesday telling me I was accepted, but I turned down the offer on Thursday morning so I can stay closer to home.
