agreed re: capezios.. i also just naturally have a very high arch so most sheos dont give me enough arch support.
ray rose is so expensive! well i guess somewhere in the middle, but still $160 for shoes is definitely a lot.
do you compete in salsa?
No, I only perform. There really aren't many formal salsa competitions like in ballroom except for the world salsa campionships on ESPN, and you have to be pretty damn good to compete in that. They have different categories for on-1 and on-2 dancing, and the people who compete tend to have more of a ballroom background/style, whereas people who perform at salsa congresses tend to have more of a club-style look (more body motion and spinning). How long have you been competing in ballroom?
I hope to have time during med school to continue training and dancing. If you go to school in NYC, then you should definitely check out the salsa scene there, like Jimmy Anton's social.
