*** The Official USC School of Dentistry Class of 2024 Interview/Acceptance Thread ***

Anyone have any idea when the next acceptances could/should go out?

I interviewed in October, should I email them a letter of intent or something? Do they look at this? I’m slowly losing hope

At my interview they said we could email the admissions committee every 1-2 months and update them on things like shadowing/volunteer work/number of credits we have taken. If you haven't done that in awhile you could send an email with that info and see if it helps.

I interviewed in October as well and I emailed them an update in December and again in February recently with a letter of intent and haven't heard anything back except that they will add it to my file... Losing hope also 🙁

Just saw that USC now offers free tuition to families that make less than 80k. Does that apply to the dental school as well?

Anyone who interviewed recently, did you guys hear back anything about acceptance?

I interviewed back at the start of December. Anyone who got accepted have any tips? I've just been playing this waiting game

I got accepted here and now I have to choose between two schools. Any current USC students, Can you please tell me about your experience with PBL? I want to specialize and grades are very important component. I was wondering how difficult is to get good grades with PBL compared to normal lectures based learning? How long did it take you to adjust to PBL?

When did you interview?

Do you guys think USC will give out more interviews?
I called a couple days ago. The lady told me they will send out invites for another ~2 weeks. If you don't get invited by then...then its probably not looking good for you lol
