Wait so are you saying that cheating when youre dating is better than cheating when youre married? Or maybe that since technically they were on a break (a la Friends!) that Callie's doesn't actually really count?

I think Izzy should stuff that muffin in her mouth and shut up, only because I don't believe she would ever go for George since she is a hot blonde and also because the two actors AND characters have no chemistry anyway

bevoXIV got a 5k/yr scholarship from UTMB and none from UTSW. This means that his indebtedness figure if he goes to UTSW will most likely be higher than the average of 78,517. We don't know how much sholarship/finicial aid UTSW or UTMB give out on average and thus you cannot say with certainty that his average indebtedness, should he go to UTMB, will be higher than if he go to UTSW.

i actually haven't gotten into UTSW. i'm in the top 10% of the waitlist, and i just thinking ahead in the event that i do get in. thanks for all the responses though, it definitely helped me in how to decide and what things to focus on when making the decision.
 
...and i'm assuming i won't get anything if i do come off the UTSW waitlist, but hopefully i do get into UTSW and get a little financial aid.

"The Clay experience" - AKA Clark Bartram (not his real name...) is actually a hospitalist working in a Level 2 NICU. So, he posts a good bit about neonatal type of things but he's not a neonatologist.

You didn't look hard enough 🙂 . 4 of them are pretty much known for sure (that's the consensus, anyway) and there is some educated speculation based upon various [usually reliable] sources about the 5th. It is also not clear whether the 5th will be revealed tomorrow, or in Season 4, but 4 out of the 5 will be revealed tomorrow.

TAMU needs to get moving on their WL. i haven't heard of any movement from them, while every other school has practically moved people off.

I laughed super hard when I read that. I really like her. and her kid is super cute. I mean SUPER CUTE! 🙂 I have chuckled with other blogs before, but she makes me laugh out loud. probably cause she writes how I think 🙂

i noticed the stuff I wrote about women's interview attire, but I didn't see anything about what the guys should wear. If you want, I'll write about it and pm it to you. Just didn't know if it was something we should add. I always thought it was easy for the guys to dress, but from my interviews I see that not all of them get it. geeze dressing yourself isn't that hard 🙂

Since lurking on the TelevisionWithoutPity.com “Battlestar” spoiler board a while back, I haven’t been able to get one commenter’s idea out of my head -- that maybe there are no humans. Maybe there are just different Cylon factions at war, and the Tigh-Tory-Tyrol-Anders contingent is just one faction within that war.

I think that's a pretty compelling idea: What if there are no humans, and this show’s been about the Cylons’ attempt to reclaim or develop the “humanity” of their human creators -- who are long dead?

Here’s another theory posted on this site earlier this week: Maybe the Cylons created the humans, not the other way around.

my strange thought of the day..... is it odd that I'm really excited to take my biochem test tomorrow but I'm dreading that once I'm done it means I'll have to clean up my room?

You should've posted a spoiler alert or something. But, since the damage is done, I'll comment...

I put 2+2 together today and think that they revealed all 5 of the final 5. Starbuck is the 5th. Why? The song that they were hearing was "All Along the Watchtower" -- A song from Earth. They started hearing it when Starbuck found Earth and that's when they all were re-plugged into the Cylon mainframe or whatever you can really call it.

Things I haven't yet figured out: Why did the power go out on all of the ships? (until the 4 admitted that they were Cylons.) Also, what's up with those Kobol Opera House dreams?

It's going to be a long 9 months.

yes texas resident. probably will choose Tech because of cost of oss, unless i hear from UTMB or UT-houston

this is funny because i was about to bump this thread and when i got online it wasn't on page 1, then i went to 2, then i went to three and began to panic because it still wasn't there! I couldn't believe there way anyway we'd be past page three!!! so i started again at one, and here we were.... all bumped up to the first page. what a relief 🙂 i was worried for a second
 
Got the letter today, officially rejected by UTSA before the interview, knew it was coming, but it was weird to see the letter after all this.

cool i was wondering when i'd get one of those. got everyone elses...

i hate the schools that take your money and run.. never to hear from them ever again. its like geez with my hundred dollas you sure could afford the postage and envelope. 🙄
