Trinity College Dublin Admissions Requirements?

Hey everyone

I was looking through TCD medical school and at their admissions requirements and I am confused
I have posted a picture for some of you to see.
I dont understand what it means by "O4/H7" or "3H5s" and it would be great if someone can help shed some light.
