Both of the schools are great and I really liked both during my interviews. Cinci will be cheaper for me because I am considered an OH resident but I do not know how much cheaper as of right now.
HELP!?!

You need to give people more information than this (i.e. what are you interested in? Are you interested in serving the underserved? What did you like and dislike about these schools?).

I agree, I guess I should give more information. I definitely want to end up in academic medicine and plan on being involved in research during medical school. I really liked the facilities at Cincinnati and the students seemed happy there. I am not quite sure about their new curriculum as it was just implemented this year - I do not know how good the school is at implementing a PBL style curriculum. As of now, I think I want to to something in pediatrics and Cincinnati has an awesome children's hospital. (However, if I were to go there for medical school, I do not plan on staying at Cincinnati for residency). I did not like the location of the school very much and from what I hear Cincinnati is not a particularly interesting city to live in.
As for Einstein, the students here seemed EXTREMELY nice. I spoke to several students during my interview and they were very down to Earth and easy to talk to. The school facilities were nice and Montefiore (the only hospital I saw) was great. They have a traditional curriculum, which I am fine with. The location of the school is not the greatest (in my opinion) but Manhattan and other areas of NYC are close by. I just think it would be interesting to live somewhere that's completely different to my current location.
Overall, I think going to Einstein would be a more interesting experience. However, the debt I would accumulate would be greater than that from Cincinnati. So I guess it comes down to choosing between the cheaper school and the school where I think I would be happier.

Cincinnati's curriculum is new (next year will be the second year of it), but it's not a PBL curriculum -- more of an integrated block curriculum.
