I spoke directly with someone on the adcom. They told me they scheduled all of their interviews for this cycle.

Aww okay thanks for letting us know!I spoke directly with someone on the adcom. They told me they scheduled all of their interviews for this cycle.
I would assume so. I think they waitlist a lot of people.Does anyone know if the wait list historically has ever had any movement? Based on last year's thread it seems like the past year's class filled up well before May.
+1. did not appreciate having to log into the portal.+1 OOS Pre-II R
Literally, like whyd i have to reset my password and everything+1. did not appreciate having to log into the portal.
here's a link to their website listing in and out of state coa per year UCCOM COADoes anyone here know the rough estimate of the total cost of 4 years of tuition here at Cincinnati? I heard that there are summer semesters as well, is that common in other medical schools?
what is relevance of OOS? Ohio 2nd year u can become residenthere's a link to their website listing in and out of state coa per year UCCOM COA
as far as i know summer semesters are the norm, so two of the years are 12 months/3 semesters instead of 2 semesters to accommodate rotations, which is why there's no summer break between m2/m3 and m3/m4
edit: tuition only in state=~$175k, out of state=~$270k
i figure not everyone actually does apply/switch to ohio residency. i'm not 100% sure on all the details of switching, but it's more complicated than just being at school in ohio for a year. it's not something i've had to worry about since i'm in state, but either way i think it gives a good idea of the possible tuition cost/coa. here's their registrar website if you want to look into it deeper: linkwhat is relevance of OOS? Yes! You should be getting an email to join the GroupMe. It's moderated by a current med studentIs there an accepted students group chat or page? Looking to get some info, thank you in advance.
Do you know how I can access this/who to contact if I did not receive this email? Accepted in mid December and confirmed acceptance on MedOneStop yet no email. Thank you for your help!Yes! You should be getting an email to join the GroupMe. It's moderated by a current med student

you're supposed to hear back 6-8 weeks usually atleast that's how it was for meHas anyone heard back recently post-interview? It’s been about a month for me.
It’s been 7 weeks for me, and nothing yet!Has anyone heard back recently post-interview? It’s been about a month for me.
I love to hear that! I was placed on the alternate list late december and I submitted an update in January. Fingers crossed!I received the A via phone call yesterday! I was placed on the alternate list around 2/11. Attended interview on 12/6.
There is hope for those on the alternate list!!
i heard back at 9 weeks, but the holidays were right in the middle of my 6-8 weeks so that's probably why. i'd say if you get past 9 weeks reach out to the admissions department thoughI interviewed just over 8 weeks ago (as of last week), and still haven't heard back. Am I alone? Should I be worried at this point?
I know they gave the 6-8 week timeline, did others hear back outside of that?
Interviewed on 01/17, still haven't heard anythingAny of my 01/24 (Friday) interviewees hear back? It's been 8 weeks. . .
Hope next week means Monday and not Friday lol. Also thinking they might just throw me on the WL if they are doing a mass decision release.A little birdie told me there may be some decisions released next week. (the little birdie is adcoms via email)
I'm wondering if an April decision means I should prepare for a WL or R :/
If they continue with how they've been releasing decisions, it's usually on Thursday.Hope next week means Monday and not Friday lol. Also thinking they might just throw me on the WL if they are doing a mass decision release.
Looks like you're right lol. Hopefully they release decisions tomorrow and not Friday. If they continue with how they've been releasing decisions, it's usually on Thursday.
Can't speak for all, but perhaps the little birdie lied to you lolA little birdie told me there may be some decisions released next week. (the little birdie is adcoms via email)
