Is there an interview component to the admissions process? Any current students out there who could answer a few questions? I know it's a relatively new track. Any impressions would be greatly appreciated!

Has anyone applied to the MSPH program at UNC and was invited for an interview? I was and was wondering what to expect.

I applied to PhD programs last year, and if it's any indication of how other schools are, here's what I know from my personal experience:

Yale: Interview (contacted in January for interview)
Oklahoma: Interview (contacted in February for interview)
Colorado: Interview (contacted in March for interview)
Arizona: No interview
Illinois-Chicago: Semi-interview (contacted in March randomly by phone)
Drexel: No interview (although the website indicates otherwise)

No, the Epi department does not hold interviews and they let you know via mail.
