Thus will be my second time to the school. I LOVE Minneapolis. P.S. if you staying in a hotel, Hampton Inn is right by the light rail, and they have a free shuttle to the school. Additionally, Violetta can out you in touch with the transportation coordinator - they have student volunteers that offer free rides to the school too if your hotel doesnt provide it 🙂
 
OOS interview!!! Congrats to everyone else who got one, and to everyone else, it will be ok! You may still get good news from other schools, and if not, you can always reapply! This is my second year applying and it's already gone much better!
 
Does anyone know how many OOS students are offered interviews?
 
Can any students touch on what it's like to live in st. Paul/how dog friendly it is?

St. Paul is super dog friendly, especially the area around campus (which is really the border between Minneapolis & St. Paul). There's always going to be places that don't allow pets, but I feel like there's quite a bit of pet friendly housing around the U, as well as parks, dog parks and doggie daycares!

Has anyone gotten any confirmation on interview dates or know when it will come out? I have a last minute change to my schedule due to a family emergency and need to switch around my times I previously posted.

I haven’t heard anything yet, but they said they would let us know by the 7th at the latest I believe!

We should find out tomorrow, but you can always try to email Violetta and see if she can let you know ASAP so you can make any changes needed! Hope everything is okay!

Sorry getting an interview confirmation takes a while, they have alot of applicants to look through! Most of the time people get their #1 choice though (if not definitely #2) 🙂

Usually below freezing...some quick online research shows an average high of 25-28 F and average low of 10-13 F. I'll be coming from the Northeast but even we don't often get temps this low lol
