Used to game a lot, even in school. Now with the toddler, it's somewhat limited as only one parent can game at a time with him around.

Currently trying to get through Hollow Knight. It's beautiful, sounds amazing, and a straight up challenge.

Two weekends ago, husband and I played all the way through Halo 3 in one sitting on heroic as a date. Great time ❤️

Current game list: Tears of the Kingdom, Lovers in a Dangerous Space Time (GREAT couch co-op, has multiple difficulty levels for optimal fun co-op and minimal screaming), whatever the more recent Super Mario was, SpongeBob Squarepants Battle for Bikini Bottom, The Sims 4, and always always the game that got me back into gaming in college, my love Stardew. Spouse just finished Outer Worlds so may give that a go. We finished It Takes Two which is a wild ride but has amazing co-op gameplay.

Wants: The Epic Mickey revamp I spent HOURS on this game after school on the Wii, Cult of the Lamb, Echoes of Wisdom, Stray.

My fiance and I have been wanting to replay master chief collection for a while, this is my sign to finally do it this weekend lol.

I currently play first descendants. Use to play alot of overwatch though I think I'm burned myself out. Monster hunter rise on the switch when I remember it exists. Super excited for monster hunter wilds.

Husband did Cult of the Lamb and it was interesting to watch. Husband's friend streams on Twitch and he played Stray and loved it.

Husband's fave game is Stardew

Current game list: Cult of the lamb, Stardew Valley, Dead by Daylight, HUNT: Showdown, Minecraft, Little Nightmares (this game makes me so uncomfortable it's crazy)

I stream COTL on twitch too! it's fun to get people to make their own characters and gets chat interacting directly with your game!

Oh, also watched both the husband and his friend play Spirit Farer. Oh. My. Dog. The emotions.

I love to see all the stardew fans!! Makes me feel better about the huge amount of hours I’ve dumped into the game!!

I haven’t played a lot in a while, but just waiting for the new Yakuza game and MGS delta to relive my childhood 😄

I have been playing too much balatro lately 😅 haven't played stardew in a while, but I usually get really into it for a few days when I play. I had been trying to get through Ace Attorney Investigations over break

I was summoned by an obsession of Stardew Valley? My bf bought it for me 3 years ago and I have very quickly become OBSESSED

I hyperfixated on it for 3 weeks, and then I needed to take a break because I found myself going to bed very late and barely making it to work the next morning. I'm dating Elliot and Sebastian at the same time but IDK who to marryyyyy. Plus I severely regret choosing the Wilderness farm layout, it's a pain in the behind to organize where I want everything to go 😭

my hyperfixations fade in and out. I just got out of a few weeks of hyperfixation. deciding who to marry is always a difficult decision, theres probably a mod where you don't need to choose. My personal favorite layour is the four corners because its the easiest for me to organize

You can just move Krobus into your house. You're never married and Krobus is a chill roommate. No mod needed.

I love that, I was looking into upgrading my game with mods. When I play the Sims it's only with mods lol I'm so used to playing modded games. Minecraft? Modded. Sims? Modded. Cult of the Lamb? Working on modding it.

I freaking love Cult of the Lamb. I used to game a lot more than I do now BUT some comfort games for me are: Hades, Cult of the Lamb, Lies of P, Persona 5 Royals, LOZ BOTW, LOZ TOTK, and Stardew Valley. I am currently trying to squeeze in some time to play Mario and Luigi Brothership and I keep replaying The Last of Us.

My wormhole last year was Subnautica on Switch. If you like survival/crafting games, and open world, and either love the deep ocean or are terrified of it... recommend! It's not very story driven so you do have to infer a lot, but it was super fun.

Can I join this conversation if the only game I actually PLAY is Planet Zoo (literally only reason I bought my gaming laptop) and then I watch Overwatch and Legend of Zelda when my partner and son play haha. Also love good steam games like Anno 1800 and My forever love: Age of Empires.

If you like a bit spooky, would highly recommend Oxenfree. Re-playable and actually kind of require replaying, I got it either for free or for like $5. Haven't tried the sequel but loved the first one.

Wick was also a good spooky game

As I'm sure is obvious from my profile picture I'm a Nintendo girlie. I try to get in at least a few minutes on Animal Crossing New Leaf every day. At the extreme opposite of this, I also love Soulsborne games, in case anyone here is also a masochist.

What is everyone's favourite Pokemon? I'm not sure I can pick between Skorupi or Qwilfish.

Mimikyu, I have a croc charm of him. He’s just so me.

Close seconds: dragonite, lucario, toxipex

Piplup. I never played that gen until they came out with the re-releases, and he quickly became my favorite.

Don't have a ton of time for gaming during school, but I started Pikmin 3 over break. I played Pikmin 4 last summer and was a huge fan, so I've been working my way through the franchise.

My favorite game is probably Hollow Knight.

I’m a big cozy gamer 💕 I love Stardew Valley, Animal Crossing, Minecraft, and The Sims

The Sims 1 and 2 rerelease has consumed all of my free time this week. TS2 is like the only game I played as a kid so it’s so nostalgic for me
Literally the reason I haven't bought it. I LOVED playing the sims games growing up, but I don't have all the free time I know I'd want to sink into it

It’s actually a problem hahaha. TS2 has so many small details that were buried deeply in my subconscious, so I’ve spent so much time just rediscovering everything. I feel like a kid again

Finally finished Tears of the Kingdom!!! I was delaying it because I didn’t want to finish it. I feel a little empty, strangely enough!

Patiently waiting for the new Assassin's Creed game, but also patiently waiting for time to play Hello Kitty Island Adventure 🏝️

TOTK is my comfort game!!!! The sims 4 and animal crossing, too.

I’ve also gotten into this cute little game called Paleo Pines. 🥰

Soooo much to discuss here.

I looooove stardew. i got super back into it when the update finally made its way to the nintendo switch but alas, i kinda fell out of it. i have tried playing other save files, but honestly i just have one save file that’s on year 9 that i adore. i’m married to leah <3

i also love animal crossing. i actually surprisingly just got back into animal crossing new horizons this weekend, after a year or so without playing— still I lasted much longer playing than most of those who just played in lockdown. i love new leaf as well but my 3ds stopped charging?? idk. very sad. new horizons isn’t perfect to me, it feels very lonely to play nowadays because it just doesn’t have the same soul and personality as the other installments AND nobody is playing it anymore it seems.

also guys. fortnite is FUN and i am not skilled in video games so it’s very beginner friendly. never liked shooting games but stardew and animal crossing actually require some brain-power for me (maximize efficiency lol) but fortnite is what i turn to after a long day at work to just shut my brain off. i just got the hatsune miku skin hehehehe.

also wish to play the sims again but i only have a macbook air that cant even handle more than a few google chrome tabs sooooo that’s not happening.

Have to agree that new horizons lacks the timelessness of the previous games for me. I hope we get an announcement for a new one soon that has some of the old charm (I cannot go 8 years between games again). Wild world and city folk were my favorites.

The most amazing thread that has been created!! At the moment for me, the game I'm into is Spiderman. They are definitely my favorite single player playstation games, and after a super busy academic year last year and all the years before that, I'm finally able to play Spiderman 2! A huge Spidey fan, but computer-wise, Valorant and Marvel Rivals are some favorites in my household atm.

Stardew is definitely a wonderful cozy game, and I grew up also playing the Sims (honestly probably started at an age that was WAY too young to be playing a game like that).

I watch my boyfriend play a lot of games, and he is a huge gamer, so I've seen a lot of the classic playstation games (TLOU, Uncharted, FF, Horizon, GoW, etc.). We've also been playing a lot of co-op, and my favorite is definitely It Takes Two, so I'm excited for them to release their new game in - I believe - March!

Pokemon is also a childhood classic for me, and while the games nowadays are cool and all, I definitely miss how challenging the older games were.

I play Pokemon Go pretty consistently. One of my hospitals is a poke stop and I loved it when I was pumping for my son 🤣

Hello fellow gamer nerds!! I'm on PS5 and Switch mostly. I'm working through BG3 at the moment. I just finished playing through DA: Veilguard. I've been a lifelong Dragon Age fan and didn't find the game to be as awful as the reviews were. Still fun and enjoyed the characters. I do dabble in Overwatch 2 on occasion still and a friend got me to download Genshin Impact (which I played when it first came out). LMK if anyone needs more friends on Playstation!

i accidentally hyperfixated and streamed stardew valley for almost six hours on saturday night...i was up until 3am playing stardew...

I streamed Hooked on You, the DBD dating simulator, last night on stream and oh my god???? I got rejected by the Wraith but Trapper loved me...enough that I got the sexy end-scene and scarred half my stream. But I recommend Hooked on You! (if you like DBD) its slow at first and a little boring, but it picks up when you start interacting with the characters

Currently on my very new Switch with Animal Crossing and the N64 expansion pack (playing through OOT again right now). Waiting for my husband to play through BOTW and TOTK before I get my hands on those. I also play a lot of Fortnite on PS5, but haven't gotten into much else Playstation-wise besides Neverwinter (haven't played in a looong time) and Hogwarts Legacy.

I'm up to be Switch friends with anyone!

Ok was looking for a game with Stardew vibes - was recommended roots of pacha 10/10

I haven't played stardew much but my understanding is it's very similar to story of seasons and the original harvest moons. For a more rpg cross recommend rune factory.

Those are basically all I play exclusively outside of Mario type and Kirby games

This is true !

As a kid I didn't like Happy Home Designer because I found it boring. Now as an adult it's all I want to play. Free reign, themed interior & exterior decoration... it's perfect.

I'm so bummed Split Fiction is PS5 only. The spouse and I love a good couch co-op and were excited for such a detailed, immersive game, especially after It Takes Two. Every other game recently has come out on both platforms.

Y'all. I'm 70 hours into Hollow Knight and there's still so much left

They just announced a new Rhythm Heaven & new Tomodachi Life game in the same Nintendo Direct & I'm actually crying from joy
