   First mcat 501 (127/122/127/125)
   Predicted
   Second mcat 504 (128/120/127/129)
   
   My 3 aamc practice exams were all exactly 507 i really don’t know what happened. I know you are supposed to retake when you are ready, I never ever scored 120 before in cars
   
   Will a third retake hurt my chances? I feel an accommodation allowing me to have more time will help for cars. I have studied for this exam for over a year and no luck in improving.
   
   Female. African American. First generation college student. Live in underserved area. Applying disadvantaged

   Clinical experience:
   -1,100 hours ophthalmic technician part time for 2.5 years
   -2,000 hours. Started a full time leader/manager ophthalmic technician position at another practice. Full time for 12/14 months
   
   Work experience:
   -3,200(now)—4 hours at furniture store. Sales associate 3.5+ years. I may leave soon may not idk.
   -500-1000 hours. May be leaving soon if I need to retake.
   
   Research.
   -500 hours analytical chemistry focus on mass spec
   -1 publication co author.
   -2 poster presentations at my university undergraduate research day
   
   Shadowing.
   30 hours- ophthalmology. Trying to plan time Primary care hours
   
   Non clinical volunteering
   100 hours nursing home
   
   Extracurriculars
   -President of student organization
   -President of an event planning organization on campus
   -Orientation leader - 1 summer
   -group study session Leader/ Tutor for cell biology
   -SMDEP Rutgers
   
   Honors/awards
   Deans list always and 4 scholarships.
   
   I applied last year and withdrew before being processed. I have been told my PS and diversity essays are good! Everything I listed is literally my 15 activities I’m going to list this year.
   
   Do I have a chance for my state school? Aka University of Maryland SOM. I also live 25 minutes from Washington DC so Georgetown GW and Howard are also my shooting targets!!!

Do you believe I have a good shot at U Maryland?
Medical mcat is 512 w/ 10th percentile 507. I applied last year and withdrew, so basically I have my app ready to submit first day.

If I have a good shot for Maryland , should I apply EDP?

As long as you include your state school and the HBCU's, you should the fine.
