I've been in that position before. That's all. I want people to know all kinds of situations so we don't get too confused throughout the whole game. There are lots of new people and they need to know all the possible situations that can occur in a game.

Well, my thinking is this: There are 40 roles in this game, so more than a couple are statistically likely to be protectors. We have better communication lines, too, with 4 leaders who can all talk to each other. Even if the protectors are limited in who/when they can protect, we have a better chance than normal of making sure they're targeting the right people. Right?

True. I never think about how many people play. Just about the roles. But that does sound right.

I feel bad for throwing her under the bus in the last game. It's only her third game and she never got to play more than one round.

And oh boo I just realized that people in groups without a leader's kind of SOL in terms of communications. If I understand it correctly, since the tundra leader is in a different group, I can't communicate with SnS right?

Ok so.... from reading the write-up looks like 4 separate attacks took place - one of which was the death of cuit. The other 3 players who were attacked are most likely silenced. One we know was attacked by Minnerbelle with the item "Inkvine" can't remember who's SO ( I am not a fan of using items on random people, but whatever - unless of course Minner is a wolf - and then perhaps that is why she did it). The other 2 - one was attacked by a carnivorous plant perhaps another item? and the other was attacked by a deer of some sort with a poisonous barbed tail - I would think this might be someone's role.....

anyone have a carnivorous plant last night they used & want to admit to using it?

Also EC at the beginning of the game was talking normally, so I am going to assume at this point she is inflicted by some sort of item and is seeing odd things in the forest OR her role only comes alive during "forest" cycles and that is why she is talking that way now.
