Oh thank goodness the shrooms have worn off and I can vote. To answer your question Dev, ....I did a my bad and didn't see the item PM until after I posted. I had literally just walked in the door and saw the thread at the top of SDN page...and went oh crap the game started while I was in London...I just wanted to give a heads up I was home(Yay back in EST!) and catching up. Oops...sorry again mods! 😳
So anyways, I was hungry and ate some mushrooms, and went on my happy little trip where you can only post in flashing pictures and large multi colored font.

I got an item called the leech... It allows to to attach to another player. I thought it would allow me to see what she was doing (like night Wolfie actions) not kill her via disease.

Based on my parasitology class, invertebrate zoology class and medical and veterinary entomology class, leeches do not transmit diseases. 🙄

My feeling, if you want to take into consideration what Jam is saying, is that there is a possibility she is just a villager that didn't know. However, you can always ask mods for clarification before using an item. And if she is a villager, do we want to take a chance on a villager that uses potentially fatal items without inquiring more. All I know is what I got from the flashlight last night. It only reports actions, not roles. I can't say one way or the other about Jam's role or how she killed PP. I was just told she killed her.
No, I didn't ask. I'm guilty of that. But we have got to focus on how that 4 people almost died. I highly doubt each wolf can kill, so that means villagers are doing dangerous things as well, just like the idiot thing I did. 🙄

Sadly I think if you are a villager what you did is going to get you lynched today.... we have no other evidence right now to go off of and it really is damning evidence. So either you are a wolf or a villager who made a stupid mistake. But it is a hell of a lot better of a lead then a RNG at this point. Sorry (if you are a villager) 🙁

We have had villagers unintentionally kill before so I wouldn't say that this proves jam to be a wolf, but randomly using items that might be harmful always makes me suspicious and we have lynched on much less before.
That's my thinking too DVMD. I will feel bad if we lynch a villager. However, I'm one of those that is generally too trusting and when wolves start to claim they're a villager, I want to believe them. I don't like making mistakes, but I don't want to change my vote.

Pure guess from the number of people and groups and the limited experience I have in playing. I wasn't insinuating that there are 4 wolves, but that there were almost 4 deaths and that it is highly unlikely that each wolf or several wolves, each have the ability to try and kill. No matter the outcome of the lynch, there are both villagers and wolves killing and attempting to kill.

A piece of me wants to believe Jam just pulled a dumb villager move. Mods have been known not to tell you what an item does even if you ask before. But I dunno....seeing someone kill another is better evidence for lynch than going off of the trusty ol' RNG. I guess no waffles for me today...😕

Yeah, I don't know, if I were Jam I may or may not have asked what it did. If they didn't give ANY indication in the original PM, I probably would have. It sounds like they just told her that she got it and not any info on it though. A leech does sound pretty innocent, but still.
I just think at this point it's the best thing we have to go on. The first lynch is a crap shoot anyways. This is at least better than RNG.
I am sticking with the vote....it is all we have to go on for now and it is the best thing... it is evidence of wrong doing. Either by a wolf or by a villager who should have done some research before using the item. It is better then an RNG at this point.

So, regardless of those silly details, the wwildlife creatures all decided in one loud, clear, unambiguous voice that Jam should be lynched. No one should use a leech without asking the mods first 🙂laugh: - like I ever answer any questions straightforwardly anyway... that was a good one).
Everyone gathers around Jamrockin yelling... lynch lynch lynch. But where is Jam? She doesn't seem to be anywhere. But then, trematode, the parasitology,entomology, and zoology expert gets out her electron microscope and shows everyone Jamrockin waving to them from a slide.

Lynching didn't seem to be the right answer, so the wwildlife, got some rubbing alcohol, bleach, boiling water, and laser light and killed that virus 4 different ways. Jam, you ain't coming back to life in this game.

No... I just think it is hard when you very rarely have anything good to go on the first day. So with this evidence I would rather go with that then go with an RNG - just makes more sense.

Yay!!! We killed a virus?!? I am a little scared for my life tonight. I really did just get lucky on that. If someone has a protective role or item, it'd be great if I could get some help, unless you have someone you think needs more protecting. I understand that.
