Hi all,
In the SDN 100 Day MCAT schedule, it says to do "Every Third Problem/Passage in Ch.[number] of Kaplan [subject]". Where do I find these passages?

I'll be taking biochem the spring prior to graduation followed by the MCAT. Should I do separate MCAT specific studying for that class or would "regular" studying for unit exams suffice? Please advise.
Thanks
Okay, so I'm a rising Junior pre-med/Chemistry student at a small liberal arts school in Georgia, and I currently have a 3.25 GPA. I have that because I had over-involved myself with extracurricular activities; therefore, I dropped some of my extracurriculars to get more serious about my...
Hey guys,
I need some constructive criticism on my MCAT study plan if anyone would be kind enough to assist me.
I am taking a TPR course this summer and reviewing content fully. I will be studying and taking practice exams and doing practice problems from early May until mid August, and am...
Hi Everyone!!
I'm looking for a 6 month MCAT study plan using TPR and AAMC materials mainly. I plan on taking the MCAT in May and I'm going to start studying in November, giving me six months.
If anyone has a plan they would like to share I would really appreciate it. Any tips will help too...
Hi everyone,
I have a question regarding undergrad grades. I am in the beginning of sophomore year now. Realistically speaking, if I made nothing but A's and B's throughout my 4yrs of college, how many B's could I make and still have a realistic chance of getting into MD (or even DO) school...
Okay, so let me begin this post by first off stating that I will be attending UC Merced in the fall as a freshman majoring in Chemistry and (like everyone else on this forum), my goal is to get into med school. This is a goal that I will achieve; however, I would like some structured advice to...
I just finished up my MS1 year at a school that does organ blocks and definitely doesn't teach to step 1. This summer I want to review everything I learned for MS1. This is what we covered:
(Anatomy, Macromolecules, cell phys, genetics, histology, pharm, path, Epidemiology)

I will be starting the last semester of my freshman year in the spring. Currently, I go to a small public state university (not academically rigorous), and making a 4.0. Here are my plans for next semester/activities I'm involved in. What can I improve on or change? I'm trying to really make the...
Attached is an MCAT study schedule I put together for myself because going into 2017 we know more about what is on the "new" MCAT and we have more study resources available.
Here's the SF 4-month Study Plan--it goes from 12/17/16 to my MCAT Exam Day which is 4/22/17. Expected study time is 5-8...
As a freshman in pre-med at a university that functions on the quarter system, I am already trying to figure out how I am going to complete all of my pre reqs in 3 years in order to take the MCAT and hopefully matriculate the year after graduating undergrad? So what's everyone doing? Do you guys...
Hi All,
I've sent what I did to study to a couple people already including some of my friends. Rather than sending it as a private message one by one, I figured I'd just make it so anyone can look at it. Feel free to AMA, and best of luck to everyone!
My actual was 519 (132,127,130,130) - I...
Hi All,
I just got my score back today, got 523 (131/130/130/132) 100th percentile
This was my second try. Last time I got 512 (128/127/126/131) 87th percentile
I wouldn't recommend retaking anything above a 510 unless you are extremely confident you can score higher (I was sick during my...
Hello, I'm 16. I'm Junior in High school at the moment. In February, I plan on talking to a recruiter and joining the Army National Guard through the Split Enlistment Program (go to boot camp the summer of junior year come back for senior year then leave again for job training and come back in...
I'm a senior Applied Math major whose pre-med path has ended. I love the idea of serving people, and I love medicine, but I think I have the wrong temperament for the field. Now I'm considering a career in public health, specifically epidemiology. But I have no idea what to do to be competitive...
Hey everyone,
So I'm in the situation where I have about 2.5 wks of dedicated study before step 2ck and I'm kind of freaking out that I have no plan. I'm coming off of a very time-intensive rotation right now (shelf this Thursday) and I have not had more than a few hours a week on average to do...
Hello,
I know that there is a thread for this, but I can't find it.
I am accepted for an OT school that begins Fall 2016. I have plenty of time this summer to do...stuffs. So far, I have a vacation for few weeks. After that, my only plan is to learn a foreign language (Planning to treat...
Okay so after doing some research and reading from my favorites like Indomethacin, mrknowitall, Phloston, Ina2990 and many others IMG with good scores. I decided to make a guide that mixed their study plans and worked for me and may even work for others, who knows, but we are all on this...
Hello all!
I have about 2-3 months to study for the DATs + no other commitments. I've been researching the past few days and finding it taking longer than I thought to narrow down the list of tools I need.
It is a huge investment for me so I would like to make sure I have the best tools that...
I have a few questions about how to finance medical school and stay on top of the debt. I have read many threads on this, but I still have a few specific questions. I apologize for the length, I will be very thankful for those who take the time to read it and offer any advice. Thanks in advance...
I have been generously gifted MCAT 2015 review books from Princeton Review, Kaplan, and Exam Krackers, however I'm having a terribly difficult time developing a study plan for myself. I feel like I have so many materials I don't know how to use all of them. Does anyone have any tips for how to...
