omg, I meant to write preview haha sorry about that. So it's not required correct? preview is only recommended? The reason I'm double checking is that the website make it seem like it's required

In the webinar they held on Friday, they said it is recommended but almost all applicants are submitting with a score.

For the Covid-19 essay do you still have to answer if you put no? The way its worded sounds like you need to answer why you put yes OR no, but I don't understand how anyone who has lived on Earth could be N/A. Unless No and N/A are the same.

I put “N/A” because i thought it might be the same as “no” lmao. I didn’t feel that my application for this year was impacted by COVID, but idk if those two answers should be treated the same.
 
Do they send complete notifications or payment receipt after submitting?

I received the same email and I am treating it as a rejection. Can anyone who has received II confirm they received the same email before their invite?
 
Based on last year’s thread, it’s normal to get this email. Whether you’re invited to interview or rejected. Think of it as a status update.

It’s just Howard’s process
 
so i think i made a huge mistake, i got a secondary july 24th and i submitted it within two weeks however i never got a confirmation of secondary even though i paid and submitted the questions. At the bottom it said the usual thank you for submitting your secondary application but i think i forgot to assign a prerequisite because I will be taking that course. I realized today and stated i am not matching any course but im scared that maybe i have shot myself in the foot and delayed my application by a lot by not realizing this sooner. Maybe thats why i didnt get a confirmation email? idk. Im gonna be hella sad now and they don't answer emails so i dont know what to do.
 
Well in the email that I got today, they said even if you don’t have a prereq completed they will still consider your app. Just needs to be completed by July 2025.

in my secondary app, i forgot to add a prerequiste so i guess that section wasnt completed and i just realized today. I submitted the secondary like two weeks ago but im scared now that it was actually delayed because i didnt fully complete the assign courses section. I also didnt get an email that my secondary was received
 
Ouu I submitted on the 08/15 and I just received the confirmation email that my secondary was received! Not sure if it means anything but yeee.
 
Does that mean those who received the confirmation gonna turn into II tomorrow?
 
The email we got yesterday said late August. The “secondary received” email says September.

What email did you get yesterday? I only got the "secondary received" email stating:
  • Invitations will be issued between September until April. Most interviews will be completed by the end of April.

An email stating that my primary and secondary have been reviewed.
 
This is from yesterday’s email : “Interviews are by invitation only and are sent via E-MAIL ONLY. Should you be selected for interview, invitations will be issued between late August until April.Most interviews will be completed by the end of April.”

Hi, I got an II that turned into an A from Howard last admission cycle and got the same e-mail. Everyone gets it, so I wouldn't put much stock into it; all it means is confirmation they've reviewed your app.

Thank you for your response. I wasn’t sure what it means because it was II or rejection either. I wait then.
 
Hello! Does anyone know if the office of admissions is more responsive via phone call? I wanted to confirm one of the admission requirements, but haven't had much luck getting a response via email. Thank you! Best wishes to everyone applying.

Yeah, they do answer the phone. I called the number that was on the secondary invite email.
