Just here to give an update. When I went to my interview, they said the last decision/notification date was 02/12/2025 (the interview was 01/07/2025). They have intentionally been conservative with their acceptances up until now because they felt like in previous application cycles, many excellent candidates who applied later could not get an acceptance even though UofL wanted to give it to them (since they USED to fill all their seats by early December). I hope this makes sense. Their website says 02/26/2025 though, and I'm not sure what the reason for this disparity is. I hope this helps anyone who is concerned or wondering about their application status. Good luck everyone!

I am OOS (with strong ties) and have been deferred both past releases (interviewed early September) and I am just not feeling good about it. I know in the past there seems to have been a lot of OOS WL movement (two separate WL it seems), but I don't know if that'll hold true with them mixing it up this cycle...

There are still two separate waitlists this cycle (I remember them mentioning that explicitly). Also, I would assume that it’s the same vibe for both IS and OOS. And I think there will be similar waitlist movement, if not more

The first date (Oct) I got my hold email at 11:51am EST, Second date (Dec) I didn't get my hold email until 1:27pm EST. So I would say hopefully between 11am-2pm if they stay consistent

I think there's a good likelihood that, given that the majority of their decisions are going out tomorrow, they might start calling at 8 a.m. for admitted students and go throughout the day. My friend, a dental student admitted in December, received her phone call around 7:45 EST. I know they are separate entities; I don't want to eliminate that possibility since it would be very impressive if they called like 70 admitted students starting at 11 am. I think they would start bright and early with the high volume of applicants to whom to send decisions.

Yeah, it seems like it would be an email, then. For the dental school, it was a phone call. I apologize for my incorrect assumption that it would be a phone call.

Nope but I’ll let y’all know when I do. (OOS app, deferred twice, interviewed 9/3).

I think the first date the emails were pretty clustered together for people and the second they were more spread out, so thinking maybe they will be even more spread out this time since # of emails to be sent is likely increasing as the cycle progresses.

I personally would wait until after 5pm EST if you planned to call, but at that point they probably wouldn't answer... They really wanted to torture us as long as possible today 😢

Online actually says 2/26, which is what they were telling those who interviewed earlier, that’s why I think they’re just sticking to their original schedule of 2/26.

Weird, I was in September and took a photo of the days they told us decisions would be out on and it was the 26th.

I mean, other schools send admission emails after 5 p.m. It's possible that they could be sending it later tonight! I don't think they're going to change the date at the last minute without update like this, especially because they updated their website to say 02/12.

I hope you guys hear today just as much as you do! Going off the website and my personal interview day, and also the fact that nobody heard anything at noon like the other 2 days, I think it might be waiting until 2/26. Regardless, good luck to all, I know the waiting sucks!
