Exams are graded but classes are *kind of* pass fail. On your transcript they will be listed P/F/H, where pass is 70+ and H is 90+. However, on residency apps we are both ranked and have grades on there, so not really a true P/F program. Our class is worked to get that removed; however, unclear whether that will happen.
Board exam pass rate is abysmal. Do not rely on the school to help you pass, and I say that as someone who was able to pass step on the first try without any delays. This year 2/3 of the class either failed or had to take a semester off to remediate. It's possible to pass, but it is not the schools doing, it's out of your own sheer willpower and grind.
Professors are mostly great, the small classes are nice. Classroom is flipped, with pre-recorded lectures that you're supposed to watch before coming to class. There was never enough time for this as M1 you're expected to attend every class, and the videos are trash and not board-prep appropriate, even though they're necessary to pass their in-house exams.
Sorry that's not a glowing review. I would still choose to go to this school because I want to be a doctor and beggars can't be choosers, but I don't want anyone going here not knowing what they're getting into, which is poor board prep and lack of support.
