To all who have interviewed already: standard interview questions? Ethics stuff? Did anyone feel like they were getting grilled on their commitment to Nevada/Las Vegas, esp for my OOS folks? TIA.

2 simple, easy questions each. no NV state questions

[lilsnape]

For ppl that have interviewed, did you feel like they paired you with your interviewers based on your interests/experiences?

i thought so!

510 MCAT, 3.9 GPA from top 20 school, Nevada resident, decent LoRs, decent writing, good extracurriculars. I applied to Roseman for their inaugural MD class on April 9, 2025.

Does anyone think I have a good chance, or did I apply too late? I haven't heard anything back from them yet. Sorry if I'm being neurotic, but that anxiety of waiting another cycle is kinda killing me.

Also, how long did it take y'all to get a secondary after submitting your primary? And what about II?

You probably have a good shot but I don’t think any of us are in a position to say. We don’t know any more than you do

[flaggirl123!]

I thought this institution was private therefore oos versus IS didn’t matter as much.

I think it’s only an hour

[deleted1174838]

Where did y'all get the zoom link for the interview? Do they send it to you separately or is it somewhere in the confirmation emails?

[TryptoFan337]

Is it too late to submit an app here? Wish I would have found out sooner, haha. Would be OOS applicant.

I'm interviewing this week and haven't received a link yet. The only Zoom link I have is for the pre-interview session.

Every shot not taken is a shot missed. I'm OOS too w/o ties to NV but got an II. If you think you're competitive enough AND can demonstrate interest in their mission, go for it.

I think since its been over 6 weeks since submitting my secondary that Im most likely not getting an II

It ain’t over until it’s over 🗣️🗣️🗣️ don’t lose hope yet!

Don’t give up. I have plenty of friends that waited and waited and at the last minute got called for an interview. Yes there’s trends and predictions for how things will go—yet I also know interviews and acceptances that happened unexpectedly. Not to mentioned waitlisted individuals that got pulled off the waitlist a week before or the week of orientation. Anything is possible!

[jasonbourne125]

anyone else going on 5 weeks since their interview without a decision? Im feeling like it most definitely won't be an A since some people got the A after 10 days :/

I have meh stats and I’m trying to be realistic about my outcome for Roseman post-II. For those who have been accepted so far, may I ask for your LM scores?

The people who got As had pretty low LM scores so don’t count yourself out just yet

Congrats! When were you interviewed?

[DesMed]

Man, congrats to all the A's! Roseman popping up this late in the cycle is honestly a godsend, I still can't believe it (now if only I could get in 😭). Can anyone shed some light on the pre-information session and what it's like (honestly mainly wondering whether we have to turn on our camera)??

[DDN908]

My pre interview was Camera on cus they went around and asked people their introduction, everyone dressed nice: dress shirt and tie/dress, it was fifty fifty if people wore a suit

It's an hour long and they do an overview of the whole process, the curriculum, and what to expect after your interview

Thank you, good to know about the intros too! Did you actually have to go camera on for the whole hour or just for the intros (like a few minutes or so)?

I kept my camera on the whole hour. No one really turned off their cameras tbh

I also got an OOS A on Friday. LM 72, interviewed April 1st. I hope everyone on this thread can get an A soon! Does anyone know what dates they will be doing in person tours? I was told it will be in the email but not sure when that comes in.

I was told that tours would be May 16th and May 23rd. An email about them should be sent out in a couple of days (hopefully).

Has anyone received a post-II decision after the sixth week? Or are we ghosted with a soft R until July?

This week will be my 6th week of waiting so I am not sure but I figured it wouldn't hurt to email them after the 6 weeks have passed for an update. Doesn't seem like it will be a good outcome though.
