In mine they said they typically do it on the third Friday of the month, so I would think so?? Not sure tho

I would think definitely the September dates (RD) and probably even the first week of October.

Obviously depends on the rest of your application, don't want to get your hopes up but I think you have a good chance of getting an interview considering IS status.
