This forum made possible through the generous support of SDN members, donors, and sponsors. Thank you.
When will MCW send out financial aid, scholarships, grants letters? Do they usually award them to low income and high stats applicants only or any applicant can get a scholarship/grant?
Idk but it would be nice if they release prior to Apr 30. Im pretty sure I’ll be withdrawing my A to a regional campus but really would like to see if I was awarded any aid prior to doing so.

Do we have to email admissons to withdraw our seat, or is there another way? I already paid the deposit and accepted the offer on their portal

As an OOS WLer, congrats and thx. I’ll take anything.

Good luck to the students who withdrew their A wherever they chose to go. Did anyone of you get a scholarship? We havent heard of any student who got a scholarship from MCW so far.

Just withdrew MCW regional A. Really was hoping to get notified of aid but I didn’t, and have held an acceptance for ages. Good luck to everyone!

Has anyone got off the WL? I’m curious about how much movement there has been/ if they are sending out acceptances yet. I’m currently IS WL

I've sent an update letter last week, is it possible that MCW could read it and take it into consideration before the waitlist movement is done?

FYI for any of my other MKE waitlisters, I emailed admissions the other day asking to see if they anticipated more movement and they said language consistent with other cycles. "We have extended a small number of offers to waitlisted applicants already this month and will continue to do so over the next few weeks. We’ll continue to keep you posted as best we can as the cycle progresses." Hope we see some movement this week/next week good luck everyone!

To add more context: They’ve sent that response in previous years word for word, and it’s a generic response to say that they’re still moving people

I've tried calling the office and they aren't reachable, even with voicemail. Has anyone gotten a hold of them on the phone? I'd rather talk than email.

Class is full. This is the second year in a row where I got waitlisted with no A with letter of intents and updates for both years.
