Can someone check the vending machine and see if the first-aid kit count backs up kata having bought one at some point? I've got to go pick up my kid from school.

They are all gone after the first night. Or at least, there were 4 the first night and then they never reappeared as an option.

I just finished day 2 on re-read (yes, I regret deciding to do this, why do you ask) and I'm struck by how immediately under attack wolves were.

Day one had alley, cyndia AND Zenge all have pretty reasonable amounts of suspicion thrown on them by multiple players, and all had dropped moderate amounts of suspicion on each other, too. However, none actually committed to voting to the others. I just checked the trackers and the first w/w voting that we can see was cyndia on alley in d4, which is interesting and perhaps makes AM's vote on me make more sense than I was originally giving her credit for.

Pleasey and mayo look very good from the first two days, with MsP shortly behind. (And I'm mildly annoyed because I feel I'm just going to end up organizing my village leans from most->least from my feedback so far, lol).

Earlier I started to go down a bit of a rabbit hole wondering if the n1 gun kill might have been an item since we had a "weapons expert" and limited weapon items in the vending machines, then proved myself wrong by finding there were actually a pretty reasonable amount of weapon items in the machines... and items were distributed the next morning. But already had the info collated. 😛

No, Coffee won because village failed to yeet all the wolves in time. Ironically, village has never lost as long as I've played on here to an alive 3p who wasn't exactly a serial killer alone (in a non-DocE/non-STL game). They either lose to wolves, followed by losing to 3p or they straight-up just lose to wolves (due to hyperfocusing on 3p instead). Village wins have always ended up cohabiting 3p wins.

Not to say you can't worry about them, but you're getting extremely worked up when we're in a good spot right now. You should be happy, not freaking out.

That's just the thing, we are in a good spot, there's no reason to jeopardise it shielding the 3P.

It might have. Who knows what would have happened if Pippy shot me or if that extra yeet cycle had gotten more concrete info (such as April being misyeeted early and thus being one less target for me in late game).

So that leaves the question of whether AM is lying about Dina saying she was seer'ing Trilt, or whether Dina lied to AM about seer'ing Trilt and subsequently seered you.

Not sure it matters since I'm not aware of a way to tell, but....

I don't think you CAN use a watcher role as a tracker though. That's the point of them being different things (and why there was so much confusion last game when I didn't understand the difference and misinterpreted my night result because of it).

I'm not sure about his wolf style, that's what I'm saying. When he was a villager before, he was very jokey. Right now, I'm say he's weirder than village mayo, but more active and contributing to the thread more than wolf mayo.

He was a wolf in my noob game in December, and he tunneled on me pretty hard, even though he was a wolf (so he knew my affiliation) and I was a villager. It was his tunnel on me that then convinced me that he was a villager, so I actually defended him slightly. Then in apocalypse he was a PR (and I think he had a post restriction/requirement) and I was convinced he was a wolf. In games since then, I've just kept my eye on him but I have yet to feel confident in my read of him.

There's quite a bit of history of me misreading Mayo in the games we've played together, which is why I've posted frequently about him confusing me this game.

So I just read the entire thread because that's apparently what I do on my day off. Did not expect to literally spend the whole day on this. 0/10 would not recommend.

The problem is that - even by the mid 60s pages - again, I could make a village argument of some sort for every player on the field. This is why I found myself without wolf leans after cyndia's flip and katamac migrating in the last cycle.

So, really, AM's vote for me is very reasonable. In her shoes with the analysis I just did, I'd probably lynch me, too, just assuming I'm being a good wolf with my reads. But I also happen to know it's wrong, so after a lot of looking, I prefer a:

I do, I have an audio diary I picked up the other night. I don’t know who recorded the diary, but on it they mentioned seeing their Mia and she was different! She was messing with a corpse and wasn’t acting her usual self, it what appears to be a negative way. Almost like she is brainwashed/turned? I don’t really know much about the game as it’s truly played but leads me to think that people can become a wolf.​

Misunderstanding the diary just read as noobish, but in a less charitable light I could see it as a noobish push to start nudging at the idea of conversion. She also kind of quickly justified why it took her time to pass the info along without being asked for that info, which I found a bit odd at the time but wasn't suspicious enough to worry about.

The reads list just seemed borderline ridiculous (Barks and AM as top wolf options?), but especially if she didn't have good coaching to help - perhaps just an only occasionally present Cyndia at this point - the idea of it being manufactured comes up quickly.

I haven't finished updating my reads list yet, but hubs is dragging me away now to enjoy the good weather, so starting with some pressure there.​

The reads list she posted earlier felt manufactured due to some of the inconsistencies I noted above (putting herself on the list, leaving me off and claiming it was due to lack of notes but including laineylou). I’m suspicious she copied and pasted the roster and threw down some notes/moved stuff around to make it look like she was putting forth reads, but didn’t actually peruse the thread closely and also accidentally deleted some names while moving stuff around. She also hasn’t contributed much of anything in the last day cycle even though she has clearly checked into the thread today to respond to something.​

Then this early vote from Cyndia - which I used to nudge her more village earlier. But Cyndia never pushed it any further, and actually hedged away slightly when genny popped in with another justification for village leaning Paws. We have precedence now for Cyndia doing some bussing, and with two wolves already out of the game I can easily see this being placed for cred.

All in all, her votes have not been good (yeah yeah I know my own aren't either), but they've also not been pushing or showing significant attempts at game solving (which you can't say about me):

This whole game I've been handwaving a lot of things that would be sketchy if she were experienced as just noob plays. But now I'm sitting here with literally everyone having good justifications for why they're not sketchy, and it definitely made me re-evaluate and when I went down my list saying why I thought every freaking player was a villager, she had the weakest justification.

And just as a general ~vibes~ thing, this whole game I've been super confused by some wolf decisions. It makes me migrate some players less wolfy (Lupes, Shorty, AM immediately come to mind) because I just can't imagine them in their game playing intensity allowing wolves to make some of the decisions they have. So a pack with new players and others who are busy/minimal contact makes the most sense to me to explain some actions.

My next two that I'd investigate after Paws would be Cray and katamac, but I actually have some pretty good theorizing and feels on them the last short while, so I think I want a Paws flip first. Particularly, katamac would be essentially cleared if paws is scum.

Up until the other recent post I made no mention of wolf reading cray at all. How did she fall into the deepest of wolf reads? Still no explanation for it.

Not saying he’s trying to avoid going cray, just don’t know how a villager goes from village -> deepest wolf read -> back out of POE a hour and 20 minutes after yeet close and an hour after right up without a single comment.

Least you’ve been consistent on katamac. Pawprints is new so at least you’re throwing someone else in the mix.

Tl;dr initially village read Zenge, quickly changed tone day 2, POEs all over the place put cray as a top wolf read in 3 day tie and then never touched on that again.

Talking about a wolf in Cyndia/AM/mayos and after spending a couple posts saying mayo wouldn’t have likely bused Zenge that hard from day 1 you somehow decide that Cyndia is the least likely to be wolf?
