Hey guys!

I'm sorry if this is an obvious question but I'm honestly not sure. I took some prerequisite classes during high school such as college algebra (MATH 1320) and Elementary Chemistry (CHEM 1090). I also took a statistics course under the department of research and measurement - Educational Statistics (RESM 4100).

Do lower level math and Chem courses count towards your BCPM GPA even though they are not part of your major requirements? Also, with the Stats class count towards it if it isn't under the STAT departments.

Thanks🙂

Which department a course is listed under doesn't matter for the purpose of BCPM classification. The criterion is that the course content contain a significant amount of BCPM material. I think "significant" is defined as >50%.

I had a nursing course count towards BCPM so if they decide based on course name that it belongs there, it will be there regardless of department
